hi all
if you score low on crisp Blush can you retry or is that it?

Catatemyhomework · 14/02/2020 23:40

It sounds interesting @GachaBread. The problem I have is that I'm not very mobile during the week. Are there jobs available at weekends?

GachaBread · 15/02/2020 00:32

Yes their are jobs to do on weekends.
To maximise your chances download BeMyEye,Roamler and Field Agent. Check what work is available and what you feel comfortable to do on any free days you have and just take it from their.
Field Agent jobs go live on a weekend but you have to do a small survey beforehand for any jobs to open up for you.

BeMyEye have some jobs going called A dogs dinner that have just risen in price (some are paying now £11 )and are quite easy. You might be able to book some tonight depending on your location as it will allow you to do it by 3pm tomorrow.

Their is no logic behind when the jobs drop you just have to keep checking to see if new ones are up.

Hope that helps

@Catatemyhomework

Suebnm · 15/02/2020 05:49

@tryinganother

Yes you can retry load of times.

MoreMoneyPlease · 15/02/2020 07:20

@GachaBread BeMyEye and Roamler were quite good when I first signed up a couple of months ago but I haven't had anything locally for a few weeks now which is a shame because I really enjoyed doing them. Will keep checking...

GachaBread · 15/02/2020 07:31

@MoreMoneyPlease been meaning to ask you how things were going, yes keep checking! I no it can be so frustrating when nothing is their. Are you close to any store of the dog dinner jobs on BME? I think people do not not want to touch them thinking they are are just like the horrid pet store ones that everybody got rejected on. These ones are so easy, literally 5 mins in and out, Roamler have some easy peasy Asda jobs on too, if nothing is in your area don't despair, I'm sure you will get some soon

MoreMoneyPlease · 15/02/2020 07:47

@GachaBread Just had a look, nearest dogs dinner job is 36km away! And, sadly, no Asda near me. We're getting a new Aldi soon so fingers crossed they'll have lots of mystery shopper jobs!

tinyradish · 15/02/2020 07:54

Rev have accepted me. I know a few of you said it's fairly difficult & not well paid but I'll give it a go as there's nothing much else going on at the moment!

GachaBread · 15/02/2020 08:04

@MoreMoneyPlease I have 3 that are 23km away and 1 which is 31km. I am hoping they rise to at least £20 each by Monday and then I will do them all that is if nobody snaps them up. It will take me at least 2hours and £10 in the tank so worth it for me, hope you find something soon. Fingers crossed for you.

ZetaPuppis · 15/02/2020 08:11

@tinyradish it seems to me that if you do a few crappy jobs and get a better level you get more choice of jobs? I assume those ones are better so get taken.
I’m going to give it a go too.

NeverGuessWho · 15/02/2020 08:18

Thank you. Just place marking - I can’t add to my watch list.

tinyradish · 15/02/2020 08:20

@ZetaPuppis yes I got the same impression. I'll let you know how I get on. Just read some reviews of them online though & they do not have a good reputation at all!

No issues in M**2 for me.

BamboozledandBefuddled · 15/02/2020 09:02

@devonport12 Me and DH have both opened ISA accounts with Trading 212 and started buying shares. No problems with them so far Smile

MoreMoneyPlease · 15/02/2020 09:48

Thanks for the grapevine link @otterses, I've just applied for that market research job. Here's a referral code if anyone wants to sign up to grapevine for access to more research tasks: grapevinepanel.co.uk?mref=moneybee

I'm obsessed with Fiverr now, coming up with a list of ideas to do. One person is offering to eat paper!!

otterses · 15/02/2020 09:59

@MynameisJune

Please can you ask whoever the SM/SS is on Slack? It's been flagged up so many times not to ask questions like that on mumsnet.

Sorry, I feel like a total spoilsport saying that. I just don't want anyone being penalised for not following the right procedures.

So relieved the grapevine link worked! @MoreMoneyPlease

I earn 10 pips per referral, just for transparency. I have bugger all idea what a pip is. I just thought it looked nice and easy.

Also getting obsessed with Fivver. Seriously questioning a sensible meal planning profile, or going full on 'I see dead people'.

I was thinking, for and aspiring writers, maybe a 'I'll write a basic short story plot for you' gig could be a good one. I know I've got dozens of ideas in my head I'll never do anything with, someone may pay for them Grin

OP posts:
otterses · 15/02/2020 10:13

@MynameisJune did you direct message them? They're normally really good did get back to you really quickly.

Sorry, I feel like I'm being a total arse, but this thread gets bought up on Slack occasionally with a reminder not to discuss queries and issues on other sites.

OP posts:
MoreMoneyPlease · 15/02/2020 10:49

@otterses Yes, I'm going back and forth between sensible editing/social media/writing stuff which I've actually done as jobs or sending positive thoughts/getting my cat to purr for you/reading a msg in a British accent (I've seen all those on there!) I'm veering towards the latter Grin

MoreMoneyPlease · 15/02/2020 10:50

I like the book ideas suggestion, I've got two and a half novels on my laptop and many more half written stories so I think I could also knock out a few more plot lines!

MoreMoneyPlease · 15/02/2020 11:12

My friend has decided to offer ‘I will read out your message whilst wearing my sluttiest shoes’ on Fiverr Grin

otterses · 15/02/2020 11:19

😂 I NEED TO KNOW HOW SHE GETS TO N!

OP posts:
Catatemyhomework · 15/02/2020 11:28

Thanks @GachaBread, that's very helpful. I might give it a go, although next week is half term so not sure how much freedom I will have in reality to go roaming. I'm sure the dc will not want to do it! Grin
Also, does it matter about camera quality on your phone? I have a Huawei phone and it's great but the one downside being that the camera quality is not the best. Thanks for your help.
