So... Anyone up for an earn £10 a day 2020 thread?

HAPPY NEW YEAR Crown Grin

For anyone who wasn't with us last year, we all set about trying to earn £10 a day on top of our usual income. No MLM schemes or anything dodgy. There were some fantastic amounts achieved, mat leaves extended, babies conceived, and redundancies survived. I know the thread got a bit confusing to follow for new starters, but please don't be intimidated! You don't need any special skills or anything to do any of this, it's all really accessible and I promise we'll all try to be clear about what sites/terms are so no one gets too lost Smile

I haven't had time to put a full list together, and to be honest I want to pop off and go make the most of the content on Crisp Thinking (social media moderation site averaging around £10 per hour) but I was planning on popping up a list a bit later today.

Manged just over £10 tonight in just under an hour on neevo which I'm happy with! Especially considering I've done 12 hours of revision today too.
I think my bed is calling now though

StudentHelp · 05/01/2020 22:13

I also reached £10 on airtime rewards today too so that’s paid off my phone bill for this month!

Here’s my referral code if anyone would like it W6WTVTUB
It’s a cashback app that you use towards your phone bill, online and instore and it does it all automatically.

AliciaWhiskers · 05/01/2020 22:20

@studenthelp what tasks have you got on neevo at the moment?

StudentHelp · 05/01/2020 22:27

@AliciaWhiskers
Just more of the Australian validation ones Smile

AliciaWhiskers · 05/01/2020 22:30

@StudentHelp ah cool. I loved those.

wishing4sun · 05/01/2020 22:32

I really need to do this.

happychange · 05/01/2020 22:39

Anyone have a referral code for topcashback? Need to sign up for paddy power for matched betting!

I'm up £85 just following team profit for matched betting, I'm on day 2 now

StudentHelp · 05/01/2020 22:41

I have one @happychange

SpirallingThroughAnotherDay · 05/01/2020 22:46

Does anyone know if you have to stop at the 1200 for the Neevo Australian validation task? Do they pay for any extra ones if you keep going? I assumed it would stop me when I reached the limit but it hasn't, I like doing them but I don't want to carry on if I shouldn't be!

StudentHelp · 05/01/2020 22:57

@happychange Should’ve sent as a PM

@SpirallingThroughAnotherDay
Whenever I’ve gone over slightly they’ve paid in the past but that’s been a case of 2 or 3 recordings. I guess if it hasn’t stopped you they might need the work to be completed? Maybe send an email tomorrow

Spartonian · 05/01/2020 23:45

I haven't had anything from Neevo, any tips on how to improve my chances of being offered something?

Spartonian · 05/01/2020 23:46

Nothing much Prolific other than the one I did the other day getting "returned"

SpirallingThroughAnotherDay · 05/01/2020 23:58

@StudentHelp thank you, I'll email them tomorrow... I'm happy to carry on if they want to pay me Grin

@Spartonian I'm new to Neevo so I'm not really sure how it works yet but my experience was that I signed up and I was checking the app for tasks and not seeing anything but I happened to check my email spam for something else and I had 2 offers from them for tasks in there. I missed one of them but the other I was able to apply for by clicking through from the link in the email and doing the test.

HarrietThePi · 06/01/2020 02:09

@Frenchdoors1

Could you get a provisional driving licence as ID? I can't drive either and my passport has expired but that's what I use for ID. It's cheaper and less hassle to get than a passport if I remember correctly.

Choosername · 06/01/2020 06:41

Hi all, I’ve just woken to see an email from Appen asking me to proceed to register.

How much do they pay and what kind of work do you undertake? Do you have to bid for work? Or can you take whatever is available?

Choosername · 06/01/2020 06:45

Also can I thank @otterses for this thread. I’ve seen in the past but never figured to join.

bkaz · 06/01/2020 06:50

Referreal link for Topcash for anyone who is interested.

Lougle · 06/01/2020 07:12

I'm happy this morning. Appen has replied to say I've passed the initial stages and can sign lots of documents (although I suspect everyone is accepted?!) and UTest have invited me to do their first Academy paid test.

Lougle · 06/01/2020 07:12

I've only had one survey on prolific so far. Hopefully that will pick up.

Choosername · 06/01/2020 07:18

Hi @Lougle I won’t be able to fill out the forms today, can you let me know how long they take you if you do do them? Thanks!

Lougle · 06/01/2020 07:29

Yes, will do. Smile

SNISR · 06/01/2020 08:35

I didn't know we started a new thread for January! I kept going to the December one and thinking it's ever so quiet on here 😅
Glad we have a new one for January as I was missing the interaction. Let's do this 💪🏼.

SNISR · 06/01/2020 08:38

How's neevo looking for everyone? I've not had anything for 2 weeks. Is it quiet for everyone else too?

snazzytoes · 06/01/2020 08:42

This all sounds great - definitely interested! Smile

TheCanterburyWhales · 06/01/2020 08:43

Chooser, you'll start to see projects listed on the "all projects" or "projects I'm not yet qualified for" tab. Then just apply for the whole lot that you can.
Some are one off things (Noyo was the first thing I did, a one off for about £5)
For the long term projects you create an invoice at the end of each month.
