There’s a girl I can’t stop thinking about. She was involved with valentus and got shafted then she went to xerveo.
She did a very tearful live when valentus let her down and she seemed genuinely upset and worries about her kids futures. Now it’s going to happen again - it’s just so terrible.

I know the woman you mean. Ended up owing hundreds but did then go on to recruit furiously for Xerveoand bang on about how it had created financial freedom blah blah blah. After a while my sympathy waned.

Yes I know who you mean. She has a disabled son and I felt for her. I’m giving her the benefit of the doubt as she seemed to get her head turned pretty quick by Mr and Mrs Lipbot who have both gone very quiet. Flatbot is lashing out at all and sundry and there is a very angry thread on Barnbot’s page. If you click on a lot of the profiles commenting they were still flogging Xerveo until a couple of days ago and there are loads of photos of a big event featuring Mr and Mrs Lip Bot last weekend.

Just did a little search on Mr Lipbot and found a post from Monday complaining about his RX8 being broken into. So he’s not actually driving round in a sparkling new £100K Porsche thanks to Xerveo as he was leading people to believe - he’s got a car that Mazda stopped manufacturing in 2012.

It's all so depressing. Some of these bots are irritating but I am seeing them more and more as victims. ☹️☹️

And they are so taken advantage of by those who are brighter, richer and charismatic enough to get ahead. ☹️

They generally ARE victims. You just don’t need them encouraging more people to join them so have to be .......appropriately ruthless.

Surely if you e already been burned by an MLM being declared illegal or going under you would do even basic homework to check the packaging was compliant or business was solvent. Or maybe it’s that these people actually didn’t care that Valentus’ products were illegal and possibly harmful so had no problem selling the same old shite.... ? I wonder...

I just can’t quite get my head round it all. I think some of the “leaders” are just pure evil but the lesser bots are just tragic. I don’t know if I would want to rely on an industry to feed my kids or pay my mortgage etc that just seems repeatedly so unstable.
I’d like to think that if I was burnt once I’d walk away but they just seem to go back for more and more.
When things start to surface they all get so argumentative and pledge allegiance to their company but then weeks later have to confess it’s all gone tits up. And then they will jump to another coffee I’ll bet!
I’m so angry to see that lip bot is swearing blind that it’s all good - guess she’s terrified of loosing her down line or whatever.
What can actually be done about all of this? It’s all sailing so close to the wind.

I’ve been on this thread since the beginning and the mlm in my own life has always been non existent. Lo and behold, today I was added to a closed Facebook group for Feel Good Fragrances. Is this an mlm? It looks to be just cheap perfume copies but the sellers are coming across very mlm. Can someone pm me the latest nicknames please.

Ah, my Vida Bot seems to have quit Vida! Just a month ago she was up there on stage with her $6k big cheque in Orlando, now she has wiped all mention of it from her page.

Jonesy I was just thinking about what you said about the evil leaders and the tragic, lesser bots and wondering when individuals make the transition from one to the other or what makes them change.

I certainly have a lesser bot that I watch but she is not tragic in the sense that some of them are. She is still a lesser bot in that she's never qualified for a "free" holiday, still has rely on husbands income but imply it's from FL. As for what makes her more like the evil leaders??? Maybe it's the desperate, relentless, ruthless recruiting of others that clearly are vulnerable, maybe it's the desperate brown nosing of the likes of Browbot etc

Do you think some people are just made to pursue their 'ambition' with blinkers on and have that "evil" leader mentality whilst others will always remain struggling?

specialagent - but technically what you’ve said about your bot is tragic. She’s never qualified for anything, relies on her husbands income and pretends it’s from forever. That to me is tragic.

The evil leaders, have probably had a degree of success (or are paid by forever) to flaunt an amazing lifestlye, holidays, material possessions etc - and they are ruthless and unfeeling enough to keep doing this.
This makes the tragic lesser bots try even harder and do things like post crap on fb and allude to things being easier than they actually are.
I feel that the tragedy is that the lesser bots can’t quite see through it, can’t see it’s a load of bullshit.
This coffee thing is a prime example- there are some truly horrific leaders insisting it’s all going to be ok. Some lesser bots who’ve seen it all before are starting to waiver but some have decided to “buckle up” and go with it.

But some of these lesser bots know that they are recruiting people to a lost cause, they know that they are posting false misleading information on fb. They have been in the game long enough and worked hard enough (even if they haven't qualified for a 'free' holiday) to know that the majority they recruit will have dropped out a few months down the line £££s poorer but hey, they've got their Ccs for sign-up so who cares?!

It’s irritating because a few I have met have given me the impression that they want to arrange a future meeting as the service I provide might be beneficial to them and their incredibly busy and successful lives but inevitably we end up discussing how Arbonne could benefit me I think I’ll just have to be busy for any future meeting requests.

Well of course they’ll start by saying that. They need some sort of ‘in’ with you. They’re possibly/probably trying the same tactic on others at the meetings.
