Hello botwatchers - signing in as I have spent the morning at the hell that is soft play. Tiny person fast asleep now - thank goodness.

Whilst I was there i saw a load of 'make money doing fuck all opportunity' flyers and business cards on the sign in desk. There was also a 'network mums' group advert for a lunch time this week. Spoke to the place owner who is also a friend - she didn't realise the problems with the MLM folk . But has noticed people leaving early and the place being very quiet on the day these ladies are due to have their meeting - obvs they have been putting folk off.

So friend is going to tell them to piss off - her takings are down and she says they are parasites...

The only thing about everyone stopping their pages being public is all they do is ask the prospect to friend them on fb so they can then see the 'friends only' posts. But it just shows how they're having to change tack to keep their business going.

De lurking to ask something that has always fascinated me- when does it go wrong for the guys who do recruit lots of people?

I'm thinking of those who you see receiving loads of awards/ cheques etc, so are making money from it.
