Bingo you're very welcome here, lots of support for you if you decide to leave.

For those leaving to join Ariiix I wonder how they think they'll make any money. The actual products are so expensive.

What I couldn't understand form watching the promotional videos is that they have the most active stream of income as the one you don't earn from. Has anyone else watched it?

I'd be very nervous of Ariix deciding each month to not count my most profitable down line. Or I may have misunderstood. Which is entirely possible Grin

Final comment because the thread is getting too big, but these are the kind of people you are dealing with bingo

Shall I set up the new thread?

Go for it. Smile

Now I've taken a step back I can see it for exactly what it is (sadly) It is a very very very small minority who make the big money. I was sucked into the mentality that I should want that. Whether I could have or not, I've decided that sacrificing my life completely for it, is not something I'm prepared to do, regardless of the reward. Whatever it is I no longer want any part of it. I'm totally brain dead from it all!!!

Trying to catch up on the posts- heck these threads move quick.
Big post alert!! compliance is rearing it head big time in FLP land. Found the following ( love being a covert operative Grin)

"Hi everyone, please make sure You READ THIS Shared from Forever's VIP page....

Remember it is our OWN RESPONSIBILITY to be compliant ... Facebook is awash with posts that are not compliant especially in the area of products but also business too..... Forever are continually trying to keep us all on the right side of the law however as we are Independent Business Owners we need to make sure that we are.... And remember just because you see and share a post from someone else's page doesn't mean its compliant....

BEST ADVICE if you do want to post products on your page, personally its now what we choose to do, then make sure you use images and text from Forever's official F/B page then you will know it has been passed as fit for purpose....

There are many official "bodies" out there who's purpose is to lock onto companies that are misleading/making claims and we don't want to be one of them.... If we are it is us as individuals (as well as FLP) that the authorities will go after...

This post contains advice from head of Compliance Stuart Kennedy and there are some particular changes as to how we can talk about C9..

*......had a meeting with Stuart Kennedy in compliance to confirm how we can promote our weight mgmt products.....

  • Business owners CANNOT post weight loss amounts on social media, that of their own or that of their clients, this includes clients writing on your wall as a testimonial

  • Its suggested that any FIT / C9 support groups that include weight loss comments by FBO's should be CLOSED DOWN & restart a new one with a rule that clients CAN post their weight loss amounts but FBO's CAN'T

  • Before and after pics are allowed for weight management (this also goes for any of the non digested products, so you can do the face mask posts, just don't use non compliant wording such as Botox or Facelift in a bottle)

  • We have plenty of professional images you can use to promote, look on foreverknowledge and Forever's official page....

  • Online product launches (even to a secret group of friends) require the same level of compliance adhered to. To be safe only use the text found in product brochures or up to date FLP literature.

  • Top Tip #1 - If you're going to post your own C9 before and after pics then represent the company well, make it a nice pic in a tidy room, use the same clothing and background so it's a true representation.

  • Top Tip #2 - Get out & talk to people about the products, try to NOT rely on social media to retail. The general public can get bored of seeing constant C9 and product posts
    Please tag your success-lines...."
Wow zest ( to coin their phrase) I certainly think we're having an effect 🙌🏼
Nice new name - success lines!

Mootpointer · 14/03/2016 13:15

Wowzer not wow zest

Melaw21 · 14/03/2016 13:21

New thread link above ^^

NorbertDentressangle · 14/03/2016 13:28

Good work Moot Smile

Love the tips -
Get out & talk to people about the products, try to NOT rely on social media to retail - is that because it's difficult for someone to prove what misleading bullshit has been uttered when it's spoken word not text on (screenshotted) screen?
The general public can get bored of seeing constant C9 and product posts - no shit Sherlock Grin

NorbertDentressangle · 14/03/2016 13:30

oops - will repost on new thread....

throwingpebbles · 14/03/2016 14:22

Fucks sake! So FL advice is basically, stop writing down your dodgy claims, you're going to have to focus on selling stuff face to face now in order to avoid the regulators catching us out!

and how disingenuous of FL to make it sound like a ticking off to the little bots when they fully know this goes on and they wouldn't be able to shift any of this wampum if people weren't making dodgy claims? Who is going to drink vile tasting aloe gel "just because" Hmm

Ridiculous! Why don't they get the products properly licensed etc and advertise them themselves I wonder?!? (Clearly this is a rhetorical question!)

throwingpebbles · 14/03/2016 14:22

Oh, new thread, oops Blush
