Well postmans been and gone still no word but money went in as normal today again. Just wondering if anyone knows how long a decision is made when it's with the decision maker, thinking of ringing tax credits again or just leave it

Shells when I rang 2 Friday's ago I was told it was with decision maker, he told me to call back the following Friday which I did & that's when I was told about sending more documents. If it's been a week since they told you it was with decision maker give them a call.

Couldn't hold out I phoned tax credits and still no decision bk from concentrix yet.... Im ready 2 crack up!

Well couldnt wait had 2 phone concentrix and was told that case wasn't looked at on Friday and there not sure why. So she went to see why, came bk 2 tell me shes goin 2 CLOSE THE CASE on the phone with me....... Omg the relief! and 2 think it only toke her 2 mins 2 close it there and then Why the f**k didn't she do it weeks ago.... But I'm so so glad it's over just gotta wait for the letter now. Think I'll go have a wee drink tonite. Let me know A1b2 if you hear any news got my fingers and toes crossed for u sweetie x

You inspired me to phone them shells! After 20 minutes I got through to a human. She read through it all and closed the case Grin Only been on-going since March this year. All good now though and as I am PAYE with no childcare costs the only thing they can now come up with next is living with somebody and that's a simple thing for me to prove I think as been alone for 13 years!

Good luck to the rest of you waiting, maybe it's a good thing to phone now so they can close case over the phone.

Awk brilliant Katharine. Yea I think ur rite about phoning them as I got a feeling they need to finalise cases for the end of this month. A1b2 I would consider giving them a ring and to anyone else that's still waiting

Glad your sorted shells. I think it depends who picks that phone up if u ask me some people wanna help others couldn't care less. Hope your sorted too A1b, it's the deadline today apparently. All the best to everyone x

I've got nothing off Concentrix in post either but phoned Tax Credits today to make sure the closure had filtered through and yes, it was marked as closed on Monday.

Can you phone them again today A1b2?

Phone them and see, hopefully they will say closed over the phone so then within a week all ur money will be paid back.
I got my 14 weeks in 2 payments on television same day then four days later my normal payment went in.
U need to treat urself when this is finally over xxxx

I'll phone them later, need to take son for an appointment soon. If/when it's sorted I'll be paying back all the money I owe & bills I've fallen behind on. It's completely messed me up!

My case has now also been closed. So relieved. I have a small overpayment to make but I am just happy that it's finally resolved.

Hi my case is in mandatory reconsideration I haven't had money off tax credits since 3rd sept.. to begin I moved out my old property June 2014 and I informed hmrc of this change. I also told them in March 2015 I changed jobs which I gave my name address (new address) to pass security.. I phoned them April 30th and got told everything was sent to my old address.. so they sent my new renewal to new address gave me till 7 Sept to fill in which I done in August (cause that's when I recieved it) I then found out concentrix sent me a letter to my old address saying I had a partner living with me. Which I don't. I got on the fone to be told I have to appeal the letter and send all kinds of stuff in for the pass year which I did on the 11th Sept. And am still waiting I've phone every week since its happened to be spoke to like dirt and fobbed off. It's really worrying because it's taken so long. How long has everyone else waited.. I fuming because they got all my details wrong and am the one suffering. I can't even get any help coz I get wages. Which doesn't go far. Thanks for listening I've been waiting 5 weeks now.

I waited almost 15 weeks without money, I didn't receive any letters but they told me they sent them out.
But hopefully u won't have to wait so long as a lot of cases have been closed

Verna I had my money stopped for nearly 14 weeks with only my wage n child benefit to live on. It's disgraceful how thy get away with doing this n then don't even apologise for the stress they cause. Fingers crossed for you and everyone else who's going through this x

Received letter from Concentrix confirming case closed and no change today shells30 so they must of sent it out straight-away as they closed it Monday evening on the phone.

Verna they have a target of 42 days to review a request for mandatory reconsideration according to this link

I just spoke to hmrc, I had to up date my hours to 24 from 16. The lady I spoke said it will take a couple weeks for the information to be up dated. Not sure if I will owe them any money now that I will be getting more with my new contract. Does anyone know how it works?

Received my no change letter today, I know she told me on the phone that she would close my case but seeing it in black and white makes it official that it's over for now. A1b2 any word on urs yet?
