today's update: My FLbot has signed up her sister to join her number one team!!!!!

Can i join. My SIL is an IT WORKS! bot. It's amazing, pure comedy gold every time I log in to FB. She's always 'looking for product testers' (who get the product at bargain cost price apparently - surely they shouldnt have to pay at all?)

she too has sacked her boss, is planning on a new car, is taking it to the top, loves her team and her business and working from home with her bubbas. I'd love to see her books for this 'business'.

Well I should be careful what I wish for, as I said two of my bots have stopped posting but I do indeed have a new bot! This time though I didn't just bite my lip and ignore her invite as I have done previously. She's someone I knew at school but haven't seen in years, typical.

I never would have responded in this way before I found this thread though. I would have just quietly ignored without challenging it.

Now I will always challenge anyone who tries to sell to me or recruit me to a MLM. The more who do, the more may be swayed from believing the twaddle that is peddled.

I definitely think you should put something (indicating its a piss take) in the 'About' section, someone asked me if I was MLM'er today ... presumably due to my TimelessVie liking!!!!!

i just posted a photo of our new product, BrekFast which is made of extrait du parslai. In case you're wondering, it's made of some slimy lettuce I found in the veggie drawer blended with water. mmm mm

My Arbonne Facebook friend has a constant stream of arbots jamming her wall with things like 'sitting here like a big kid giddy with excitement about my training call with arbot1 hashtag love Tuesdays.

From my local selling page - a discussion on MLMs...

Question 1:

What is the clinical efficacy of your product, not anecdote, but real peer reviewed double blind placebo controlled trials.

(Forever Living and I have many emails on their Clean 9. The ONLY thing they can tell me is that the 'detox is because of increasing water intake'. Really!!!! Oh dear. Fail at the first. Clean 9 is not backed by science - or anything.)

Question 2:

What are the contraindications of your product?

In other words, what can go wrong, who shouldn't take them, and why, and how would you know?

Question 3:

Can I see a copy of your indemnity and liability insurances?

Question 4:

Is your income as a self-employed person declared?

For the sake of clarity, I have been speaking over the last few years with the Head of Product Development Worldwide for Herbalife (Actually a cool fella, produced the best product for business, if not the consumer), European Head of Product Development Juice Plus, the UK MD of Visalus which produces Body by Vi, and Forever Living head office...I am also on some...er...forums where I was snuck in behind the scenes to see what is really going on.

My opinion based on my researched knowledge? Avoid all of these.

Aloe Vera for example has some clinical efficacy. As a toothpaste it is pretty good. It has minor efficacy working with minor burns and abrasions. And is a very good laxative. That's it...
