Remember the meme lastuser created a few weeks ago? Well, I posted it on FB in response to one of the many ads, and just found a message in my 'others' folder. It's fucking hilarious!

I have since added to my response that using a personal page for business purposes is against T&Cs.

Hello all, ive lost most of the day reading this thread

Only came on because I've got someone trying to recruit me for Nucerity. Has anyone else heard of it? Our kids do a sports class together and I spent a weary half hour getting the spiel and her trying the overpriced utter shit products on me. It didn't exactly go well- the eye cream made me look like I'd done ten rounds with Mike Tyson, the 'super moisturising, anti-ageing, anti-septic oil that you can use anywhere' resolutely refused to be absorbed into my skin. And then there was the flagship product, Skincerity. This is a roll on thing you are supposed to put on at night. It contains vitamin e, grape oil, a couple of polymers, and acetone. Yep, that stuff you get in nail polish remover. 'It stings a bit ' she said. No shit. This wonder product is available to you for the knockdown price of just £70.
I can't believe she actually fell for any of this stuff. She's a science teacher FFS. And she's telling me in all seriousness that this shit can cure excema. I just hope she doesn't get too caught up in it.

She wants to do all of her xmas shopping with other local small business owners i.e. candle people, avon and the like. Except she wont actually be giving you cold hard cash for what she's buying from you, she will be giving you 'credits' for her 'business'.

Actually that's a good idea. The could set up an alternative currency (the bot) and trade entirely amongst themselves. Then they could all afford new cars and holidays in Mexico.

I've been lurking on this thread for a couple of weeks and it's really made me laugh. A very good friend of mine has been inducted into the cult of forever living. I am horrified as she always seemed so intelligent and down-to-earth. She has now started a vlog!
I have a serious problem with these pyramid MLM schemes and really want to unfriend her on facebook, but I am too fascinated concerned!

I did laugh though when she ran a competition the other day and only two people entered.

I too always wonder how they manage to actually work with the kids around. Earlier this year I did some studying at home 2 days a week. Even with dh around it was really hard work as the smallest would still be seeking me out. I was grateful when she started afternoon school nursery.
