Hi All,
Just received a letter from Concentrix that my award hasn't changed dated 28th July, however my documents still haven't been sent back. Any ideas how long it will take HMRC to send my final award & my new award? So in total 6.5 weeks from date my documents were signed for ( so much for 10 days as stated)

Hateconcentrix · 03/08/2015 10:26

No such thing as a accurate timescale when dealing with these people, some are dealt with faster than others, some take forever. X

Hateconcentrix · 03/08/2015 10:29

Donotneedthis- I know, I really want to head out and have fun with the kids, get school uniforms sorted all kinds. Just cannot because of the worry, or maybe needing the money at a later date for surviving x

Hi

How is everyone?

I returned the information to Concentrix on 19 June.
I am still being treated by the Crisis Response Home Treatment Team and my list of medications is growing by the day. I am not mentally strong enough to deal with this at the moment. I panic every morning I see the post man. I have severe depression and anxiety, not to mention the arthritis. Can Someone from my family act on my behalf ?

Thanks

I got told Friday that a decision had been made regarding my mandatory reconsideration but there system didn't say what the decision was I have to wait 2 weeks for the decision letter...another 2 weeks without money or knowing is really screwing with my head.

It's all so stressful give up ringing they just fob u off and different people on the phone tell u different things there best excuse is that the computers are down!!

Dollygem · 03/08/2015 20:50

Well I've just found out that I'm £120 a week down, had to reclaim my working tax and my case is in mandatory reconsideration for last year! I'm so fed up! Up until two years ago I was married with my own house and four children, we both worked and never claimed tax credits as earnt too much then marriage went tits up and I've ended up having to work my arse off to support my kids on my own and now this! Really had enough, had a total rubbish year Health wise too! Just hope this mandatory reconsideration goes my way, both the people I spoke too last week seem to think it will get over turned but I don't believe naff all they say anymore :(

Sb1234 · 26/12/2015 18:43

I've had a letter from concentrix about a partner living with me ...I have been claiming As a single person and we have been separated for 6 years but still remained close we split after our baby son died and we couldn't deal with the grief I was heading a breakdown and he was suffering anger problems so for the sake of our kids it worked better we didn't live together and had planned it temporary but we worked better as a family not living together I never took him off electrol role I never claimed housing or council tax benefit coz I thought my tax credits were so I paid full rent and council tax ..lately we been getting close again and I'm ashamed to say but he moved in in October coz I found out my dad has cancer and it seemed to put things in perspective what's important ..I panicked when I got the letter and rang and said yes he's been living with me since October she said it looks like he's never left ...he did but no fixed address just friends and family ...coz he's on electrol role and he fell out with family a couple of year ago and I pay full rent I let him use my address for his work and letters to come ..seeing it wrote down I see how pathetic it looks but he's the father to my child and it's not traditional but we work better not living together just coz you on tax credits surely that doesn't mean for the sake of keeping it good for your kids you have to hate the parent who doesn't live with you ...I'm beside myself I've got to send in info which I've got and he's no link in my bank or bills I pay them ...he's got payslips from his address he used before should I send them with a cover letter explaining in detail info about reasons we did it or just what they ask I've stopped the claim and happy to pay back from October and understand I may incur a penalty ...it doesn't stop there I also have a really bad credit rating and used his name to apply for credit at my house to pay some debt ...concentrix also know this as she said Expedia have shown that info ...is there a real 2.4 family?...sometimes family isn't traditional and work better in other ways and ours was not together ...I work and I'm worried I'm going to prison and I'll lose everything and everyone and never be able to work again can anyone guide me what's my best plan of action I've got to have it sent by Jan 7th

denisesipahi17 · 11/08/2016 23:40

I had a letter today from a company called Concentrix on behalf of HM Revenue and Customs informing me that my tax credits would be stopped as they had information that I was living with someone whilst claiming as a single parent, I have been hung, drawn and quartered with no evidence what so ever and I have to prove otherwise! Distressed and upset is an understatement! On looking into this company apparently it is common conduct to accuse single parent families of living with someone and stop their tax credits....they require 12 months bank statements/utilities/mortgage etc etc to prove my case.
I have contacted my local MP about this, anyone else had similar problems and what was the outcome after providing the evidence?
