Awwwwwwww HateConcebtrix I hope not, I feel it for you I was reading Morgans story too she had her money stopped because of these stupied people. Did you explain the money that went in your account. They don't care about the money that goes out only the ones that come into your account. They are taking forever at least 12 weeks for final desicion. Have you renewed your claim? Did you do it with concebtrix or hmrc?

Scousejo1967 · 01/08/2015 12:26

Living similar to Morgan I house share but pay rent via bank transfer so that shows up on the statements but I wouldn't count on them seeing it that way . Feel for you lovely try and not worry and enjoy you're holiday I know how u feel tho x

clarcats · 01/08/2015 12:27

Just had my documents returned today- supposedly signed for but the postman just put them through the letter box as usual. Now to wait to see what/when they make a decision on my claim (childcare) and I need to change my renewal now anyway as my daughter is starting secondary school in September. Funnily enough I was awake early hrs of the morning thinking about this stupid tax credits farce... As usual, wrong people being targeted, I work (term time) need (or needed) childcare (term time) and as a lone parent need the tax credits money to help me pay the bills etc etc.
Wonder how long I have to wait now?

Hateconcentrix · 01/08/2015 12:33

I did my renewal before I received thier letter with hmrc, I haven't explained any incoming or outgoings, just sent them the bank statements, at the time I didn't think it would be necessary as the accusation was living with somebody, they hadn't asked questions or told me to explain anything on my statements, I have a cheque which went in for £1000 from the landlord at the time, I was to pay for roof repairs with it as he wasn't going to be around when the roof repairs were being done, I borrowed money of a friend for driving tests when I kept failing all these things are silly things to worry about but not when you're already being treat like you're guilty of something haha x

Hateconcentrix · 01/08/2015 12:36

Somebody said earlier in thread about not doing renewal next year until 29th July next year..... I'm with you on that one haha x

MissE84 · 01/08/2015 12:36

Clarcats so you and me are on the same boat am being checked on childcare too. So let's hope we get some good news.

Scousejo1967, in 2010 I had someone come to my house cause they said they had evidence someone was living with me but When they came man should have seen their face hhahahhhHAHHahaha didn't find anything they also asked to check my bank statements for the last 3 months and wageslips lucky I had them. Than they said thank you never heard anything. Than in 2013 in feb I had an empyloyment check they said on the letter for my employer to call and confirm my employment and my contract hours but this was with hmrc and they dealt with everything within 10 days. I just wish hmrc were doing the checks and not 3rd party complaines.

Hateconcentrix · 01/08/2015 12:37

I think it's averaging about 6 weeks for descision? Is that right ladies? X

MissE84 · 01/08/2015 12:38

HateConcentrix me too next year I will leave my renewal for July 29th aswell hahhahahahahahaha.

Hateconcentrix · 01/08/2015 12:41

That'll really bug them if everybody does the renewal last minute, means concentrix won't be busy little trouble makers next year Grin

MissE84 · 01/08/2015 12:41

HateConcentrix I think so. Someone said 40days after the documents are returned back. So I guess by the time I come back I will have an answer from them. I read that HMRC are on strike next week.

MissE84 · 01/08/2015 12:43

HateConcentrix hahhahahahhahaha i hope we don't get investigated next year am sure they still have other people which haven't been contacted yet. Let's hope this is the last one.

Hateconcentrix · 01/08/2015 12:43

Hmrc are on strike next week? Oh my!!! I wonder why? I'm going to have to go have a look at that, should we worry? X

clarcats · 01/08/2015 12:45

seems I might confuse things even more when I ring to update about my childcare costs - though that is this tax yr rather than last tax year that they're investigating! I have to ring them within a month of the change- so is that from Sept 2nd when she starts school again or from the end of term in July when she left primary school?

Hateconcentrix · 01/08/2015 12:46

I wonder what % of tax credit claimants got targeted this year, maybe they fk for the other half next year.
Hopefully our experiences will she'd some light for them for when that time comes.
Hopefully they didn't earn enough commission of messing with people's incomes and cancel thier contract.

Hateconcentrix · 01/08/2015 12:47

I'd say it's from when the change starts x

MissE84 · 01/08/2015 13:00

It's when the change starts hun. Xx

clarcats · 01/08/2015 13:10

but does the change start in September (bearing in mind they average out childcare costs over the year, I don't pay for childcare in school holidays) or july?!

MissE84 · 01/08/2015 14:26

Yes from September @clarcats. Am thinking of cancelling my childcare in September can't be asked with this nonsense from them. Don't think I can go through anymore.

efergie82 · 01/08/2015 15:19

I cant find anything on a strike next week. Ive just rung up as my OH is now gone fulltime and the woman i spoke too wasnt impressed when i asked if that meant id go back through concentrix, i was told "they are trying to save the gov money and stop benefit fraud" to which she wasnt amused by me asking "what by making the vunerable suicidal" lol

Missyb36 · 01/08/2015 15:27

I to had a letter from concentric back in may for a employment check I only received my documents back yesterday, rang them today to see where they r up to with mine they said its on the system and waiting for the decision team to look at it so to ring back the end of next week ???? sick of waiting it has made me so ill all this stress.

Hateconcentrix · 01/08/2015 15:30

She wasn't amused? I hope they "the concentrix staff" get a letter off concentrix next year. Mwuauauah (evil laugh)

MissE84 · 01/08/2015 17:38

Well done efergie82, I will never commit suecide because of these evil government. They can fuck themselves excuse my language. Benefit fraud they can kiss my ass.

MissE84 · 01/08/2015 18:01

missyb36, don't stress hun you don't need to stress leave it and enjoy each day until you hear something. Not worth making yourself ill, if you know you haven't done anything wrong.

Missyb36 · 01/08/2015 18:40

Thank u MissE84 I have drove everyone mad lately that was all I talked about lol the thing is my fortnightly wages was everywhere some weeks I would do more hours and other weeks not enough so not sure what they will do.

MissE84 · 01/08/2015 19:03

Missb36 it should be fine hun, I do sometimes more hours. They will accumulate all your hours and they will see if you have been underpaid or overpaid. That's what happened with me before. Don't worry about it just relax.
