Have you had a letter from concentrix or HRMC about another adult living at your address,letters querying child care etc,please post your experiences on this thread so we can support and help each other.

Lauren I had an overpayment a few years back , they took it back in very small payments each month off my new award .Try not to worry, give hmrc a ring to reassure yourself, they normally don't have phone queues.

Scouse jo they revived mine on the 29 June and they scanned them yesterday..so I'm assuming yours are scanned

My update...my mandatory reconsideration is still waiting to be looked at one person at concentrix said could take 42 days another person says to call back Friday. .I love how each phone call is full of bs advice...concentrix told me to ignore my hmrc overpayment demand letter of 11 grand but thought I'd ring them anyway to confirm it was on hold while concentrix make a decision and after an hour phone call turns out I educated 2 different hmrc staff members who concentrix were as they had never heard of the company...brilliant....and there supposed to have hired them on there behalf...outcome is...still waiting with no money and now selling items just to try and pay bills...and so it goes on.....

Tracy I feel for you hon have you got help from citizens advice and you're mp. Phone Hmrc complaints department in Preston . They have to liasse with them for you

Omg Tracey that's awful, don't they think we have all been through enough, can't believe HMRC didn't even know who concentrix were, that fills you with great confidence, really hope it's sorted for you soon, what check is it there doing on you? I'm currently on hold to give them the reference number to the second letter from my employer I've had to send recorded delivery! I get 600 minutes free on my phone allowance and have gone way over that ringing them this month! The man I spoke to on Tuesday said they aren't sending anymore letters out now as there near the 31st July! So think I will renew on the 28th of July next year if that's the case!

Well got through! Pretty quick too, was on the phone a total including wait time 20 minutes! Was told my case is still with the decision team and not to ring back till next Friday now! Also told again they might not need the extra letter from my employer but it's a good back up. So still know naff all, another week of waiting, he did say they are currently sending back the 13th of June's documents and there is still a back log but because no new letters going out it shouldn't get any bigger! Just hope this other letter sorts it out. Fingers crossed for everyone still waiting

Dolly I got a letter to renew a few days after the Concentrix letter so I don't think it makes any difference. : ( I have not bothered ringing them . They tell you different things, hope yours is sorted soon x

Scousejo Yeh done all that. Hmrc acknowledged complaint letter when I rang up but said someone will get back to me. It's just a waiting game. It doesn't affect them so they ain't in no rush. I however have now been put in bad credit and on lethal times with my rent because I'm behind. I've only spoke to hmrc about complaint letter I wrote is there a separate number to call? Dolly gem it started with them saying they suspected someone was living with me and stopping my payments because of money I had going in each month which I am trying to show to them is child maintanance money which has never not been declared. X

The number is Preston office ask them to put you through tocomplaints. That's ridiculous maitenece doesn't even count . Hope you get you're decision soon it worked for Morgan . Big hugs xx

But you still have to tell them Tracey, but they don't take it into consideration just like child benefit.

Thank you scousejo. Misse84 have always told them. it's not changed in 8 years. Just concentrix deciding it made a difference now.

How is you're ex paying for the children proof of them still living their anyway ?? It's ridiculous. Even if they turn you down for reconsideration keep fighting hon . X

The saga continues.
Looks like they have lost my documents.
Spoken to a manager there, she was less than helpful.
They have the tracking number and have had for over 48 hours now but apparently the scanning company haven't come back to them with where the documents are, the whole thing is a joke.
Meanwhile my life is on hold, payments have been significantly cut since 27th may.
They don't understand the impact they're having when actually rather than all this paperwork malarkey they could just phone my childminder who could confirm the fees ?!!!!
Few more sleepless nights ahead for me :(

Concentrix wrote to me at the end of April and have only sent back my documents this week!!

They randomly decided to cut my tax credit payment this week despite admitting I had renewed my claim and that there were no changes so the claim should continue as normal. Just noticed my case number is 8 digits long so I'm guessing that they've sent 10 million plus letters?

Tracy it's just a thought as I've been where you are now,my mandetory reconsideration was rejected but on the advice of another lady on here (Admiral) I submitted an appeal and also a new claim. The new claim was accepted although I still haven't heard from the appeal apart from a tester saying it had been received! Maybe you should make a new claim like I did. Incidentally my letter was also about another adult. Good luck and please feel free to pm me if you need anymore advice x x

My tax credits don't go in my bank until 2:30.

min late got it finally. I panicked!!

I never use to check my payments until I recieved this bloody letter from concentrix. Becaus I always knew it will be on my account every Fridays.

Awww thanks scousejo,it makes me so mad that there's still moren more new names on this thread going through the same shite. I'm not 100% sure but it seems that concentrix don't stop the payments it's HMRC. Still nothing about my appeal but I'm sure ill hear something soon lol. Please everyone if you ring for anything get the name of the person you're talking to and if you send anything try to send recorded delivery. These people have a habit of telling lies as to weather they've spoken to you or received your letters.

Fuming got a letter today thought it might b some news but no another provisional award for 2014/15 I've already got one !!!!!!

Ain't they a bunch of idiots they haven't got a bloody clue what they're doing I've got a good mind to apply for a job there n go kick some bums HARD x
