MissE84 I know if u work 16 hrs a wk that should be around £5300 a year I only earned a few pound under £5000 so that means I worked quite a few hours under what I should not sure if that will mean I wasn't entitled to it.

MinnieMouse1976 · 01/08/2015 19:29

Well I got a letter from concentrix yesterday saying my award is fine (mine was the childcare check). They signed for my documents on 18th June. Funnily enough when I rang yesterday the girl who answered said she could see my docs had been scanned but my case had not yet been sent for a decision...so today I rang tax credits to see if my payments would change but I am still uneasy as the boy I spoke to was very vague...it looks like my payments are staying the same and I may get an award notice soon...it's still not feeling like it's over. Haven't got my docs back though...!

Missyb36 · 01/08/2015 19:40

minnieMouse1976 I sent my documents off beginning of June and only got them back yesterday with no date on so yours shouldn't be much longer.

MissE84 · 01/08/2015 20:06

Minimouse that was quick my was childcare too but I still haven't received an answer from them my
Documents were signed on the 8th June. I did get my documents back.

MinnieMouse1976 · 01/08/2015 20:47

Thanl you Missy and Miss. I am not too bothered about getting my docs back, I just want definite payment amounts so I know where I am. Tax credits were so vague. I am still worried about an overpayment though. Thanks for your replies. I hope this isn't going to happen every year...

Missyb36 · 01/08/2015 20:59

I don't think they know what they r doing I received my award for 2015/2016 last wk with my payment schedule on with no deductions or anything but concentrix told me today my documents are waiting to be looked at by decision team, so I don't know what is going on whether or not I will get a amended one or that was it I phoned Hmrc yesterday and they said there was no notes or stoppages on the system so don't know what's happening.

MinnieMouse1976 · 01/08/2015 21:08

I just hope that this whole experience has been so much of a shambles that HMRC don't use concentrix ever again!

Morgan97 · 01/08/2015 21:24

Hateconcentix (love the new name). Remember that it only took them four weeks to decide I was lying n they stopped my money so I'm sure you will be ok tbh. I can't believe how many more new names are cropping up on here but please don't give up. The site tax credit casualties is a bit out of date but still has a lot of info worth reading x x

Missyb36 after how many weeks did you get your award notice 15-16? They are taking the piss I don't think they have a clue what they are doing.

MissE84 · 02/08/2015 11:48

Missb36 if they say anything just say my child was sick. Cause when my child is sick and I can't go to work that day I loose a days worth of money. And even if I call sick the don't pay the first day of sickness so I loose one day of pay. They should know more or less. Unless they are stupied.

MissE84 · 02/08/2015 11:50

Am hoping to increase my hours 24 as of September. Hopefully that shouldn't effect my working tax and child tax credit by a lot.

Missyb36 · 02/08/2015 13:31

MIssE84 I did my renewal about a month ago and got it back 3 weeks later, and I know u r right about hours worked because not only if one of us r ill the other problem is childcare as well if there is no one to mind my child then I can't go into work and then I don't get paid we just can't win.

MissE84 · 02/08/2015 19:12

Wow, that was very quick. I renewed on the 10th June. Did you renew with hmrc missb36.

Missyb36 · 02/08/2015 20:33

MissE I renewed with hmrc cause I had a change of circs maybe I will get amended one cause I didn't think they was due out till a few wks In August unless anyone else has recieved theres yet.

MissE84 · 02/08/2015 22:51

Missyb36 they will send you another one. I did my with hmrc hope concentrix can see it on the system that I renewed with hmrc. Have to wait for Friday. Shitting myself!!

Missyb36 · 03/08/2015 00:00

MissE r u ringing them back on Friday it's like being in limbo just want it to end now it makes me feel like what's the point in working.

MissE84 · 03/08/2015 00:24

MissyB76, I won't be here hun, going away on Wednesday! I get paid on Friday. Hopefully I will get paid.

MissE84 · 03/08/2015 00:34

Sorry missyb36 not 76..... Even my brain is not functioning. Am so scared I might loose my house if they stop my tax credits. Not sure if housing benefit will pay my rent fully after.

Hateconcentrix · 03/08/2015 08:19

Misse84, I'm worrying about the same stuff.
Ok ladies, 31st July has passed and that means renewal date has passed with hmrc, I got a text off my bank a few minutes ago and when I logged on I'd had a payment for child tax credit(on a Monday?) that never happens unless it is bank holiday.so I'm really confused, can't be a bad thing can it? X

MissE84 · 03/08/2015 08:53

HateConcentrix I just checked my one and no extra payments. The last extra payment I got was in April. Just praying my tax credits won't stop. Won't know until Friday, cause I get paid every Friday! What are you worried about tax credit or housing benefit?

Fedup123245 · 03/08/2015 09:05

It's been 11 weeks since I renewed and I had my payment today too . Usually I get on Monday

Fedup123245 · 03/08/2015 09:08

I renewed in May got concentrix letter end of May

my childcare payments stopped on the 13th July I sent all the receipts what they wanted and they just sent me letter saying your award has been amended as I didn't send them the info they required when clearly I had sent it then.. My receipts were handwritten and over the phone they said they wanted invoices on company headed paper I received a letter last week with my receipts back saying they will be in touch about my claim ... They sent this letter before they received my invoices I've stopped sending my kids to the childminder as I can't afford to pay her they did say the childcare will be backdated but I ain't takin any chances I sent all my info bak on 8th jun and renewed on 21st may this is just so stressfull

Hateconcentrix · 03/08/2015 09:09

Both hun, I've moved into a new house only a few weeks ago, struggling as it is.
My son turns 5 in September and because of this Any help I get will be stopped for 7 weeks whilst they switch to universal credits instead of tax credits, the weeks before are in the hands of concentrix, so I'm trying to put money aside to cover the 7 weeks of no tax credits I KNOW to expect in September, whilst worrying if concentrix are going to screw me up beforehand. Everybody who gets working tax, child tax, child benefit or anything will be soon switched onto universal and don't get anything for 7 weeks, depends on age of children and areas have different move over dates. Hope I'm not confusing anyone.

Hateconcentrix · 03/08/2015 09:22

I've been paid early because of Scottish bank holiday (I'm not in Scotland), doesn't normally apply to others too, strange.
Was a bit of wishful thinking that maybe my new award had been done and that was why x
