Hey girls thought I'd start a part 4 before part 3 reaches the limit. Anyone having received a letter from concentric or hrmc telling you they have evidence of you living with another adult please join us with your experiences, comments or support.

at present invwith hmrc doing firmal complaint there have lied it was 24th june apoerently so hmrc are saying, next wil be written

So as of yesterday they are scanning the documents received on the 8th of june on to the system

Sorry smokie so your award isn't finishled yet? Looking at my letter again no mention of my documents!? Obviously I am not getting them back!!!!

done formal complaint, have told him will be doing written and seeking legal advice, there are lieing, not keeping upto there policys or whatever their follow, there has been no letters to say recievd my docs or been dealt with, i have had to continuously chase them at my expence, there quuck to accuse and request this paperwork yet there dont follow anything up, there tell me it was dealt with yet your telling me it was updated 24th june!!!!! theres all this about vulnerable peoole getting scammed in paper and there must get info from somewere, well i have a vulnerable child out of care system and i have sent details about him along with my personal info and its lost!!!!! its disgusting it really is, incompetent prats!!!

Well I just rang home to ask my daughter if I've got any post.. None for me! I am getting annoyed now. At work til 6, not home til 7. So another day gone by.

Trying to ring can't even get through lines engaged and ring back ain't working

Miner were signed 8th June ..: hopefully they should be scanned very soon... Been outcome then can carry on living life as normal without the constant thinkin stress not being able to sleep just coz of this crap..

Who knows with these people I phoned Saturday and mine weren't on there and they signed for them on the 5th and can't get through now

That's how I feel fedup123245 just want it over, but very confused now as Zola has been told her documents are on when I called Saturday mine weren't and they signed for them on 5th of June and energies was signed same day as mine and spoke to them this morning and hers weren't on either!

I thought that a bit odd Zola as well. Wouldn't surprise me if they are lying and expect them to be on Thursday so can make decision when they told you to ring again. Il ring Wednesday morning see

Surely they can't lie they looked at my case put me on hold and said yes it scanned on yesterdqy

That's how I feel Chrissy every time we call we get told something different the affect they are having on our lives is horrible especially when we have done nothing wrong. They are doing an employment/hours check on mine which is I know will be fine but it's all this waiting for them to do it and then the worry of if and when we will get our documents back

On the phone to them now ain't got case number with me hopefully that can just do it off my partners national insurance number

I hope everything is ok for you zola but am wondering what has happened to the mail from the 5th of June! I also sent some additional items first class which I am hoping they got on the 6th as I didn't track that
