A letter from concentric part 4!

Hey girls thought I'd start a part 4 before part 3 reaches the limit. Anyone having received a letter from concentric or hrmc telling you they have evidence of you living with another adult please join us with your experiences, comments or support.

Fedup12 they are lying about not being able to tell what date they up to as I have Been told numerous dates off them and none of them actually are correct .

Fs I thought we were getting somewhere. Hmrc know this problem and refuse to do anything. MPs arnt much help either.

Yes the women I spoke to said yes I can see on your case notes that u ea told by jordan don't remember his last name that they was scanned on yesterday but I'm looking now on your file that they are 100 percent not scanned on I said we'll where did this jordan get his info that they was she said she didn't know but she will raise a complaint to her manager about this. I burst into tears on the phone. Wat a absolute joke she said she only on the 5th of June for scanned documents and that there is a 4 week backlog

Something needs to be done about this now but what can be done ?

Lies , misinformation ,wrongly given dates...its just out of hand now.

It's a joke Jonny they are making it up as they go along and telling everybody something different.

She said should be going on shortly, call again in a couple of days to a week!

On Friday they will have had mine 4weeks!

Zola I spoke to someone called Louise and she told me she can't give me a date as they don't get told it is a joke! Apparently they spent all of last week loading up documents from the 4th!

I got told it is very common for items to be in mail room for 4 weeks before they are scanned I said I am worried you have lost my documents and she said items can't go out of mail room until they get scanned and can understand my concern as its sensitive information!

I'm a blubbering mess I can believe this i renewed my tax crdits on the 30th of april hmrc need to renew my tax credits by the 9th of July thats there 10 week time frame up I can't cope I really can't what happens

Efergie as you know mine was also signed for on the 5th but at 6.16am by someone called till!

If anything happens to my unborn baby due to the stress this company is causing then I will sue the pants of this company

Zola I renewed on the 1st of may and the 10 weeks for mine is up on 10th of July

Renewals always went through within few weeks so if yous renewed in April Zola and may 12fedup it's clear HMRC knew before hand that everyone was getting these letters and wouldn't be getting renewal notice any time soon. It seems
A desperate measure by the Tory government to save money by stopping as any claims as possible for invalid reasons. And then if they do your in for a very long wait for tribunal as Morgan has been waiting. Strange they are getting away with it. They are going against all their own codes

They were on the 5th June last Wednesday.

Are they completely stupid .

Chrissy4321 so if the paperwork not done by concentrix by the 9th of May then my tax credit payment will stop and I will have to go to tribunal

mentioned concentrix just said I haven't had my award yet, last time I phoned was Friday and said call back on the 10th if you haven't received it and we will reissue it!

No mention of concentrix from them

They were obviously lying Jonny as mine still not on! They are making everything up

Zola why don't you phone hmrc and ask about it and see if you can put your mind at rest!

Last Tuesday they were upto the 2nd as that's when baby's was uploaded and case closed same day

I just spoke to Louise and she was nice and i asked if mine were on the system which I knew they wouldn't be but I was fuming from Zola post about the fuck up they lied to her about so I was in a way just looking for a reason to why this backlog doesn't seem to be moving.

She was nice and never gave me the argument I wanted just that they had a 4 week backlog and they busy, I said were are we with decisions being given over the phone she said if you call and your docs are on there and you ask they can do it there and then .

She sounded like she was genuinely sorry for the delays.

Jonny82 Wat happens after hmrc 10 week time scale for renewals if they have not got the paper work bk from concentrix by the 9th of July Wat happens to our tax credits then

If it's the same Louise I spoke to she was very nice with me and kept saying very common to take four weeks and can understand my concerns about where my documents are.
She told me to try calling again in a couple of days - a week, not sure whether to call again Wednesday or wait till Friday as will be four weeks then.

I think the renewal deadline is 31st July but that's only if you don't renew which you have.

Basically if you don't renew by the deadline which like you say you have renewed so I can't see it would affectt us.

If you have renewed its down to them then as you have done it.

Zola try calling hmrc and see what they say to you, when I spoke to them Friday they didn't mention concentrix looking at mine just said if I haven't had anything by 10th of July and they will reissue it not sure what that means?

Hmrc said payments wouldn't stop after there 10 week time scale but I don't believe them for on minute I can't cope with this atall ibI should be looking forward to my baby coming but hoe can I rest due to these scumbags I'm so angry and pissed off with this I honestly don't know how long I can carry on worrying

I know Zola we are all feeling the same but worse for you as at the end of your pregnancy, just try to stay calm as best you can for the baby.
Did you just speak to hmrc?

Jonny82 when I renewed on the 29th of april they said ur renewal will be done with in 10 weeks which is 9th of July what happens after the 10 weeks is up and that date passes if concentrix have not give hmrc the paperwork to complete the renewal
