A letter from concentric part 4!

Hey girls thought I'd start a part 4 before part 3 reaches the limit. Anyone having received a letter from concentric or hrmc telling you they have evidence of you living with another adult please join us with your experiences, comments or support.

They guy told me Concentrix can't stop the payment they send your stuff to hmrc who decide. They tell you deadlines but they mean nothing and if you see Morgan's case they don't even stick to the timescale for tribunal. It's a joke. If mine stop im screwed. My ex left work and refused to pay child support. He's living cushy life with his house paid and no sign of getting checks done. It's laughable. It Definately doesn't pay to work

The stress isn't doing you any good and remember it will be sorted I promise you , its just longer than we all want.

I think it's 31 July for payments to stop if renewal isn't done. Although maybe that's out the window with this backlog

Zola I think as soon as cuntsentrix done there stuff your renewal will be done quite quickly, I honestly do.

I know it's frustrating Zola and it's made worse but not getting honest answers and being told different things every time we call. But from what I can name out once documents go on the employment checks are done very quickly.

Chrissy I think the July 31st deadline is IF you don't call to renew your claim which we have.

Agree with Jonny you have to reply by 31st of July

But I'm wired about after 9th of July if concentrix have not done Wat they have to do so hmrc can con renew my claim wat do hmrc do after that date

Zola who told you 9 July. I they don't stick to their deadlines and I think yours should be straightforward once they finally get it scanned

What are everyone's deadlines?
Mine was the 3rd of July but it got extended to 17th of July, the person who extended it said it was just to put my mind at rest!

Well am thinking on ringing hmrc later so well see how quickly they do renewal then!!!

Zola all I can say is when I spoke to hmrc on Friday even about it was told to call back if haven't had my award by the 10th of July which is my 10 weeks and they will reissue it

It's cuntsentrix the reason why awards aren't being finalised as hmrc won't finalise until consentrix done there checks.

Fed up mines 2nd July but because sent special del and got signature payments are fine.

12fedup they told me there are no deadlines anymore due to backlog. Maybe they give a date for piece of mind and keep extending got but they told me if signed for then payments would continue as
The fault was theirs

Mine was 10 June and payments have continued

Someone else told me that about payments as the fault is on there end and we have returned documents

Jonny renewals can't be finalised till they finish the checks

Listen u know when u phone up to renew your tax credits hmrc say it will be done in 10 weeks so my 10 week deadline is the 9th of July. Yes there is now no deadline with concentrix so payments still go in but hmrc still will try to do the renewal in the 10 weeks but Wat happens if concentrix don't get the per work to hmrc in time Wat do hmrc do if the renewal ain't completed in there 10 week time frame

To have moved from 3 week backlog to 4. So next Monday will be 4 weeks for us :(
