A letter from concentric part 4!

Hey girls thought I'd start a part 4 before part 3 reaches the limit. Anyone having received a letter from concentric or hrmc telling you they have evidence of you living with another adult please join us with your experiences, comments or support.

They looked at my case and said it was scanned on they did put me on hold though

Got told its very common for it to be in the mail room for 4 weeks before it goes on, I then said I know someone who's stuff was received on 8th of June and they have been told today that there's has gone on she said she can't comment on that just its common for it to take 4 weeks and try again a couple of days!!!!?

I also asked what date are they upto with scanning the Mail on she told me they don't get told that information

It seems some of the people answering the calls are making up what suits to Get us off the phone ! They ask what date they were signed for and they must take a few days off. So really we are none the wiser as to what's really going on. HMRC and Concentrix seem a law on to themselves ????

Oh no Zola this is getting out of hand now, how are getting away with treating people like this, I have had a cry since getting off the phone!

He obviously thought if he said that then you wouldn't call again!

Did they give you any indication of where they are upto now date wise as the person I spoke said they don't get told that!
