Just phoned again and once again told documents not on system could be a couple of weeks, took tracking number again and put a not on system with the tracking number to confirm they took delivery!

girliefriend · 16/06/2015 16:45

So have got all my documents back but still no decision!! So annoying!!

Anyone else had this? How long am I going to have to wait now??

nikkif80 · 16/06/2015 18:39

My docs came back Saturday this is the day they were deciding on my case I rang Monday it was finalised case closed. A letter turned up today dated before they finalised my case asking for more info which I had given over phone a while ago!

Tango78 · 16/06/2015 20:04

Don't think they know what they're doing Nikki I was told a decision was being made last Thurs and I would receive a letter in a couple of days and still no letter so I rang Concentrix again today the new menu options are rubbish it's like they don't want you to speak to them now! after 56 mins on hold they finally answered and the guy told me if a decision was made he would be able to read the letter out to me which it had and no changes to my award which is good news for me. I would like to thank everyone for their support on here without this I would have gone insane. I am going to keep reading the posts to help others.
Good luck to Morgan keep fighting you are an inspiration to us all and eventhough you're going through hell you have always offered advice to others hope you get a lucky break soon x

12fedup12 · 16/06/2015 20:25

That's brilliant tango x

Morgan97 · 16/06/2015 20:25

Fab news tango, and thank you for your kind words, well I've sent my appeal off today. Emailed my MP again he's replied saying his office rang tax credits and they said my mandetory reconsideration form is being considered and they will let him know the outcome! REALLY so the letter I received on the 1st June is a figment of my imagination is it? I'm absolutely fuming mad. They've lied to my MP how the hell can they get away with this. Keep fighting the fight ladies we are dealing with a bunch of lying half wits I think x

Morgan your case makes me so Angry good news with your house though, once you have been vindicated they will owe you a lot of money!!

Morgan97 · 16/06/2015 20:49

Won't hold my breath girlie god ill go pop. It just makes me so mad at the injustice of it all. Had a bit of a meltdown earlier just cried n cried. I rang them to tell them ill be moving they said they won't do anything until they get my appeal and that takes 28 days!!! Like I said in previous post I've emailed my MP n they've lied to him unbloodybelievable!!! I cried n screamed like a two year old before dd came home from school, now my throat hurts and my eyes n nose are still red

Big hug Morgan from all of us on here. They are liars, the whole thing is a big farce.

Morgan97 · 16/06/2015 21:13

Thank you emilou. Yes it's a farce alright I hope they all lose their jobs n go through what we are all going through. So unfair x

I would be interested to know the cost vs savings that Concentrix have made so far Hmm the amount of people they are checking must be running into the millions and it must be costing an absolute fortune.

This Government is so stupid as the whole point of tax credits is that people are better off working, at this rate people will just give up and claim benefits Confused

Morgan hold on in there, we are all here thinking of you and supporting you. You will be proven right in the end and they will owe you a shit load of money.

emilou123 · 16/06/2015 21:29

Thats right girliefriend! They are in the wrong. Plus they lost the first three months I think cos their system failed to work n they were paying their staff to do nothing, clocking in once a week.

Morgan97 · 16/06/2015 21:30

Thank girlie, won't hold my breath just yet I'm just so flaming angry with the whole thing. I would actually be better off not working I watched benefits Britain or something like that last night I had to turn it over, they were saying oh we get paid on a Tuesday errrrm no you don't get paid all us ladies on here pay you, most of us work I screamed at the tv. I'm trying to set a good example to my dd but I had a bad bad day today. Will pick myself back up and carry on fighting the fight because its all I can do. Don't give up ladies remember if you ring get their name and if you post anything try to send it recorded delivery

Hi everyone. My situation is a bit different from most people's. I was self employed until Feb of this year and then went on JSA as I wasn't earning enough. I'm disabled and can only do part time work. I managed to get another job which I started on the 8th June.
I recd a letter from concentrix on the 5th June and sent it back with docs asked for on the 6th June. I rang and said I didn't have some info so guy called Phil asked me to enclose cover letter explaining. The letter said I might get tax credits stopped and receive a fine..... Unreal as I wasn't even getting tax credits from March onwards!
My problems began a bit after that when I tried to start new tax credits claim. Been waiting 3+ weeks for new claim pack so I rang hmrc today and was told I needed to send renewal back. I didn't realise this as I had stopped claiming tax credits. Anyway he let me do it over phone but couldn't report change of circumstances (new job) as I had a case open with concentrix ffs!
Rang concentrix and was on hold for 1 and 1/2 hours!!! Daren't hang up as I had to report coc within a month or get fined for that. He told me that they'd recd docs last week!!!!! And to just wait as he couldn't change circumstances until renewal had gone through etc etc.
Sorry if this is waffling but I've just got to play waiting game now, I think. Had NO money since JSA stopped 3 weeks ago and working month in advance.
Any advice would be very welcome as I'm sick with worry!!
Btw. I rang tax credits in March as they had paid me a one week too much, so repaid that and now being accused of being dishonest re earnings etc... My business didn't work out, why the hell am I being treated like a criminal??!!!!

Hiya everyone so a update from me 4 weeks without internet as i couldnt afford to pay the bill as i had my money stopped :( but last week i got my docs back and as no phone i couldnt call them today i got my dla so paid my bill and called C who said they have finished the investigation and nothing had changed and my money SHOULD be back dated in the next 28days WTF they never gave me any reason for stopping payment as i had sent what they asked for intime tho they said i will be paid tomorrow 1 week and that the extra owed will be with me soon,Dont help as i am now over a grand in debt caus of all this shit ill be digging my way out for god knows how long ive NEVER been in debt ever in my life and i hated asking for help(food parcel) ive lost almost 3stone and on max antidepressents its been hell from day one,How can they get away with treating us like that,I have wrote to my mp and will be writing a blog post about the way myself and others are treated, this cant continue its not fair on us the way they are treating us,
This group has been amazing and even tho my battle is over i will still be following this thread and hope each and everyone of us gets it sorted.

I sent my childcare queries in about a couple of months ago. About a month ago I had my original letters from the 3 different childcare providers returned, confirming they were processing it.

Today I finally received a letter confirming they would make no changes to the amount.

I should point out however that they were quick to cut out £60 or so a month in reduced entitlement, for no apparent reason - as soon as I replied to them - which is somewhat mystifying as the amount of childcare is way higher than it has been in the past.

That said I am just grateful I am receiving anything at all. I am aware as of April 2016 I may have it further reduced by easily £100 a month when the minimum income entitlement is changed.

Sucks doesn't it!

Good luck all.
