I sent mine back 4th June, signed for 5th June and still not scanned or on the system

12fedup12 · 15/06/2015 18:04

Just so everyone is aware as this thread is nearing the 1000 mark and we won't be able to comment once it hits 1000 I have a new thread started and ready titled: A letter from concentrix part 3.
I have done this as I feel we all value the support and feedback from other members who are telling with these people

stresshead99 · 15/06/2015 18:46

hello, I can't find the new thread, where is it? I still haven't heard a word and I'm still completely stressed. I posted my stuff 4 weeks ago, (not recorded) just first class stamps. I am hoping no news is good news but there seems o be no rhyme or reason to what goes on. I am paid weekly and due tomorrow but I'd love to know other peoples timescales. My date was June 20th but I posted what I had, not everything they asked for. Would I have heard by now if they required further info? Morgan, Babyalan. Should I have heard something by now? This site is worth it's weight in gold. We all support each other and need to continue to do so. Morgan, have your payments stopped pending appeal?

12fedup12 · 15/06/2015 18:51

Stress head when I called this morning was told that they are still processing mail received at the end of May maybe you paperwork is in with the backlog have you phoned today to check? I have been calling everyday. Also the message has changed when you call now just select option 4 and you will get through to adviser

babyalan13 · 15/06/2015 19:32

Nah stress head!!! Don't worry (easier said) but they received my stuff on the 2nd June. I phoned on the 9th June for update and my letter still in mailing room!! My deadline on the 20th to. This Saturday. I'll be phoning sat first thing!

12fedup12 · 15/06/2015 19:39

Been told again 2 - 3 weeks before anything is going on the system due to a backlog, maybe they should employ more people and offer over time to clear it

babyalan13 · 15/06/2015 19:40

Did you phone today? Fed up?? Am going to ring sat. And explain am going on holiday in July!

griselda101 · 15/06/2015 19:59

hello all I have been looking on different threads and seeing a bit of conflicting information regarding the proof of childcare costs and provision of bank statements. I got a letter today to ask me to provide evidence etc.

Does anyone know if I have to provide bank statements for sure, or if I can just send the nursery childcare provider receipts (statements) on their own. I did pay by BACS but would rather not send my bank statements as well as I feel weird sending them!

Anyone just sent the receipts and been ok with it?

12fedup12 · 15/06/2015 20:00

Yes I phoned today and was told 2 - 3 they also have an automated message on option 2 that tells you it can take upto 28 days to process information on to the system

babyalan13 · 15/06/2015 20:38

Did use see the article on the news? Its on Facebook. A mother jailed cause she was claiming working tax and child tax claiming as a single parent. But apparently officials checked her Facebook and clearly seen she was in a relationship!!! O dear!

12fedup12 · 15/06/2015 20:42

No didn't see that, unfortunately there are people who claim when they shouldn't be but shouldn't treat us all as if we are guilty

babyalan13 · 15/06/2015 20:43

28 days!!!! I'll never cope!! I need this sorted before my holiday. I'll never enjoy myself Confused

babyalan13 · 15/06/2015 20:49

Exactly!! Am married so doesn't affect me. But I no a few people who are claiming as single. It use to be easy done. But not anymore!! Facebook is a good way for them to find out!! She got 12 months!

12fedup12 · 15/06/2015 20:50

I feel the same babyalan just hoping if I keep phoning them might get it done sooner but don't think it will

babyalan13 · 15/06/2015 20:54

Well I will ring sat. I've decided I'll phone every Saturday. Couldn't afford to phone more than that. I have to top my phone up especially for this! Anyone no how roughly it will cost!?

Morgan97 · 15/06/2015 21:05

Stresshead I got my letter on 8th feb returned documents by 12th feb they stopped my money on 28th march n I received a letter from them telling me my claim had been stopped. I've written countless letters all signed for but not one reply. Did a mandetory reconsideration that came back telling me they won't budge so now I'm gathering every sodding thing I have to appeal with but a bit of good news I've been offered my own place so ill also have. Tenancy agreement to send so won't that confuse them. There doesn't seem to be a timescale they just do what they want! Thanks for starting the new thread 12fedup I didn't realize about the 1000 cut off point at first then started this thread. How sad to see more of us having this happen. The support here is amazing though and even when I get this sorted whenever that will be ill continue to try and help and advise as best I can. Baby good luck with your phone call on Saturday. Griselda if they ask for your bank statements it's worth sending them cos they will only ask again. Ladies please if you can send your stuff recorded delivery then you can track your letters and get a screen shot as they seem to be keen on telling us they haven't received our stuff. Good luck ladies x

No idea luckily I have a landline and it is free for me to call 0345 numbers and wouldn't like to think how much it would cost from my mobile. Let us know how you get in when you call them

12fedup12 · 15/06/2015 21:07

Good luck Morgan we are all behind xx

babyalan13 · 15/06/2015 21:30

Thanks Morgan! Am hoping to phone when I get out of bed on Saturday Lol fingers and toes crossed! But by reading things I doubt they will tell me anything. Probably still in mailing room

emilou123 · 15/06/2015 21:40

Best of luck morgan. Glad to see you,ve found strength to keep fighting them. Inspiration for all of us.

Morgan97 · 15/06/2015 22:18

That's nice of you to say emilou I won't pretend it's easy cause its bloody hard every single day n I have good days n bad days but the injustice of it all just makes me more determined. I found a quid in a pocket earlier was like winning the lotto ha ha

Kittykat60 · 15/06/2015 22:21

So pleased for you nikki! I hope everyone receives their outcomes soon. It's shocking if they are stopping calls going through to them, I'm pleased you have your own tenancy agreement now Morgan , hopefully that will help, no reply from mp as yet. I doubt I ll get a reply to my complaints letter after all the stress n sleepless nights. Keep at them ladies and don't give up.

emilou123 · 15/06/2015 22:43

Exactly kittykat. Sounds to me like they are not coping with all the calls, complaints, backlogs, system crashes. I would be surprised if staff stay long if they are not hitting deadlines. We need to keep on at them and file complaints every step of the way.

nikkif80 · 15/06/2015 22:54

It didn't say option 6 but I pressed it anyway and got through! I've rang hmrc too and it asks about the red line !!!
