Got lettet 4th of june from concentrix asking for employment contract, proof of hours, deceleration form and payslips, sent back next day delivery by 1pm which they recevied on 5th and also sent two additional letters via first class on 5th of June. I have phoned up Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, friday and again this morning to see if documents have been scanned on system and still not on there! Had anybody else's documents taken this long to scan. My deadline isnt till 3rd july and wondering if they are just delaying putting documents in system as still have a few weeks.
Thank you in advance for any replys.

emilou123 · 13/06/2015 14:47

Hi everyone, I added to this thread a couple of weeks ago, have spent a month in total anguish. I phoned yesterday and had no joy, was told the decision panel would make a decision in next 10 days. Phoned back again today to speak to another advisor who said he would look at my case and make a decision then and there. Put me on hold for a few mins and said he was closing the case with no changes. They all say different things with no rhyme or reason. He said they are all on a very steep training curve and at different stages so it depends who you talk as to how much info they can give. What a bloody mess and outrage! I,m relieved but still very angry as to how we have all been treated and gonna keep pushing for compensation and for people like Morgan and others who have been treated abismally.Good luck to everyone waiting.

12fedup12 · 13/06/2015 14:58

Emilou123 how long did it take for your documents to be put on system after you sent them. Man I spoke to this morning said put a flag on my file to get items loaded but dont know can do that if apparently in mail room and in a backlog inless they are already on system but not attached to my file yet. So worried they have lost my documents and I stupidly didnt take copies of them

nikkif80 · 13/06/2015 15:27

Mine were signed for 20th May and scanned 27th may. They currently making decision now. My deadline was 6th June. Am being told to ring back tonight or Monday for final decision though they will write but I'm not prepared to wait 3 weeks for letter with outcome!!

stresshead99 · 13/06/2015 15:31

Hi people, still no news for me. It's been 4 weeks since I sent what documents I had, I still haven't heard anything from Concentrix either way! I am really so stressed. I fear the post but watch for the post man. Is a long wait a good thing or not? On my earlier posts I explained I am up all night with my disabled child who is fed through the night via a tube and pump.(it alarms constantly), then I'm trying to work all day. I want to hear so badly but I am terrified of the outcome. I posted my stuff on may 22nd but not recorded delivery. I rang a few days after that but that hadn't received my stuff! Would they have been in touch by now if they needed more info? I have had my weekly payments since I got my letter, would they likely have stopped by now? My date was June 20th, which hasn't arrived yet obviously, but should I have heard something? I am so stressed. Is no news good news?

12fedup12 · 13/06/2015 15:32

So yours took seven days to be scanned after they got them they have now had mine 8 days hopefully that means will be scanned by next week. Will just keep on at them untill them

babyalan13 · 13/06/2015 15:33

Yes fed up!! They received mine on the 2nd June when I phoned on the 9th they had nothing on system. Think they work to deadline

babyalan13 · 13/06/2015 15:35

Mine 20th June to! I've heard nothing so stressed

12fedup12 · 13/06/2015 15:40

Stresshead I really feel for you, I sent most of mine back guaranteed next day by 1 and was signed for but also sent some back first class as cant afford to spend £7 everytime. The stress they put us under is unfair, I have a son with autism and adhd

12fedup12 · 13/06/2015 15:42

Thanks babyalan13 glad its not just me was getting very worried, I hope you and stresshead get a reply soon

stresshead99 · 13/06/2015 15:50

Babyalan, if they do send in batches we may hear the same day! Are you still getting weekly payments, or are yours monthly? I am getting a very uncharitable feeling, but why aren't they pursuing people who's kids don't even live in the UK? There was a programme on about people who's kids live abroad but they still claim tax credits for them. Would this be too difficult? And what about the news the other day? The chancellor wants to put payments back to the levels they were 10 years ago! The party for working people is obviously the party for the wealthy working! We have the most generous welfare system in the world but we are the 6th wealthiest country in the world. A tiny little island like us. We can afford tax credits and the NHS, we just have to stop funding half the world.

emilou123 · 13/06/2015 15:52

My deadline was 12 june. I sent mine off special delivery on 26 May and they were signed for on 27th, but when I phoned concentrix they hadn,t actually received them on 27th. I gave them my royal mail tracking number to add to my file, as I was really concerned like yourself that they didn,t receive them by the deadline date. They scanned them at the beginning of this week I was told, not sure what day, and they sent them back, but still haven t received them. Was told they have a big backlog and they get sent to a distribution centre in england.... I get the impression from this thread that suddenly they are giving people decisions over the phone ( reckon been put under pressure), but it depends if you strike lucky with the advisor, very random. Keep pushing....don,t let them intimidate and scare you as they did me, it seems that they are waking up to the errors in their tactics, the advisor I spoke to today gave me a big apology and admitted they had been wrong. Keep push pushing everyone and hopefully it will crack! Then demand compensation for breach of HMRC charter of their pledge to keep our costs as low as possible. It cost me 50 pounds or more to gather and send the info, it could have been resolved with two documents and a first class stamp!

babyalan13 · 13/06/2015 15:54

Exactly!! Aww I no its all mad. There's me with 4 wains and working and its not good enough. Aye get mine weekly. Got it on Wednesday. I dread checking every Wednesday!! Am going to phone next Saturday which is my deadline date

12fedup12 · 13/06/2015 15:57

Thank you emilou123 I also made them put my tracking number on my file and the person I spoke to even put me on hold so that he could go on royalmail site and track my items he confirmed after that, that they had been received and made a note on my file along with tracking number. He also told me that mail room is on england and thats where items are scanned and they are based in Ireland

emilou123 · 13/06/2015 15:59

12fedup12, explain your situation to an advisor if you feel you can, I totally broke down on one of my phone calls and they were sympathetic. It could hurry your decision along if you get a humane advisor with a heart as I did today. Life is hard enough as it is without this added stress. Try and keep strong xx

Beckyjj · 13/06/2015 16:01

I got a letter and I sent them all the information they asked for before my cut off date May 28th. I received my documents back about 2 weeks ago with a letter stating they will be in touch soon about my claim, Concentrix must of forwarded my claim to HMRC as I had a text from them saying they had received it.
This morning I got another letter from Concentrix dated 08th June asking for the same documents they already had & it has to be with them by the 22nd June. Could not get through today but will try Monday, has anybody else had this happen.
Thanks.

12fedup12 · 13/06/2015 16:02

Thank you emilou123 I will, you try and keep strong too, so glad this forum is here so we can all support each other xx

stresshead99 · 13/06/2015 16:04

12fedup. My child has adhd, asd and other complicated issues. Food refusal led to the tube feeding. I had a 3 stone 10 year old who was really very ill. I will happily send medical notes in if they ask me to send them! I have never been so stressed in my entire life. Baby, are you going to challenge the decision if it goes against you? How can you possibly feed and clothe 4 kids without tax credit support. Hats off to you for even managing to work when you have 4 children. Maybe the government should be applauding us, not condemning us!

babyalan13 · 13/06/2015 16:10

Exactly!! I have 8,6,4 and 1 year old and work 30 hours. I need and live of tax credits. So definitely would be fighting it. I don't no how we would manage without them! Its the most stressful thing I've experienced. A lot of people have a child on here with a disability. Its awful because tax credit people obviously no this so to target people who are vulnerable is so sad. Am dreading phoning next week in case they tell me nothing

mumdad5 · 13/06/2015 16:14

Ive just concentrix, wasnt going to but had minutes left on phone , i asked how long does it take to scan docs on system, he said there was a 3 week backlog, he asked when n how i sent info ,told reg next day delivery and they were signed for on the 11th n 12th , he took both tracking numbersn made a note of Them so if it does go over deadline they can See Egen they received them asked if i had sent the renewal which i d already sent to hmrc, which hmrc was being processed, made a note on file no changes to report, told me he was making a note that ive been in contact n are trying to push things through , will ring again next week

12fedup12 · 13/06/2015 16:16

Stresshead my sons needs aren't as complex as your child. we go out to work as well as provide extra care for our children which is stressful enough without the addedd stress they are causing us. It is so wrong they do this. I have no problems with checks but they are managing it so poorly. Its a shame they cant provide an email address to an assigned case worker who we could email documents to directly would probably speed the whole process up x

emilou123 · 13/06/2015 16:19

Thats outrageous Beckyjj. Did it say in the letter that they are investigating you for the same thing?....or do they start on something else? I had my childcare investigated a couple of years ago, don,t claim that anymore so they can,t do that, this time was single claimant, am just waiting for work hours now!

12fedup12 · 13/06/2015 16:20

Mumdad5 I was also asked if any changes earlier in the week and told them no and was told that would ve put on system.
I was also told this morning that was putting a note on my file on the system to get things pushed and locate my documents. X
