Hey ladies just realised you can't reply on the other thread about this not sure why,so thought I'd start a new one hope you all see this

Wales another lady got Told the same on fri her case had been dealt with and they couldn't give a descion on the phone so don't panic . I sent mine 5 th may scanned the same day they recieved and on thu after 3 weeks they sent me a letter asking for copies of my statements as I had print screen then and it wasn't good enough. Absolute joke and then said send the proper copies back and don't phone for at least weeks what a joke complain in writing to hmrc they can cover costs of calls printing and distress and liasse with concentrix and get this they can't phone concentirx it's all done by email !!!!! The girl says to me they haven't replied to my email even after 3 days is so frustrating ?? I had to laugh

looks like my case for concentrix from them receiving docs 20th May case closed today!

Renewal was done online 27th April they said today should be finalised by 22nd June now.

if you don't send enough they will write to ask for more info.
Ring them before you send what you have to ask if its enough!

Just spent lunch break on phone to them again in the hope documents been scanned this morning to be told the system is down!!!!

Also changed menu no longer a women onit it is a man and option 6 has been taken off!!!!!!

when i rang othr day and selected op 6 was told computers down so hung up rang stright back went fir opt 1 and was fine !!! i sent mine 28th may not recorded del and was told not been scanned ir looked at still in a pike and 3wks backlog

All the menus have changed and just keep getting a recorded option 6 gone, option 1 is just recorded information. Obviously trying to stop our calls getting through

You should ring often cause I rang and he said they had sent me letter asking for more info well the letter still ain't come!
I also rang he said they were making decision that day and to ring back and they finally have made a decision!
My deadline was 6th June and it's been done today but they had looked at it to raise the letter!

Why have they sent so many letters out when they can't cope with the work load, hope you hear something soon smokie19, what was they checking with your case. They are checking my employment and work hours

i only sent what could as dnt keep anything, but bloke said when i rang day recieved letter to just highlight bills on statement, and sent 12 months worth of 3 lots of account as get a special guardianship also in one, and me council tax bill

I have phoned every day since my documents were signed for on 5th of June and get told something different everytime as to why not been scanned onto the system yet. Lucky my deadline aint till 3rd of July but not going to stop phoning till I find out where documnets are

if there think there going to bother asking me too send birth cert and guardianship order there can do one, there can request them there selves from births/deaths and liase with dla as there have copies, i aine risking not getting them back

otherwise a trip too tax office there can photo copie and forward them if no optiin but i refuse too send origiinals

I sent my paperwork on 5th June. Am I right in thinking that I won't hear anything for at least one month? Luckily my payments haven't stopped otherwise I'd be freaking out!

Mine was signed for on the 5th june, still not on there system apparently sitting in a backlog in the mail room
