Hi All,

I've started a new thread as the other was at page 39.
I hope everyone had a good weekend. I'm still just about in my fertile window - I got my LH surge yesterday.

The clocks going forward has hot me a little bit, but I'm looking forward to brighter evenings.

Place marking :) Thanks for setting up the new thread!

hennie222 · 27/03/2023 09:37

Commenting so I get notifications. I'm not very good at checking otherwise!
1 day into the TWW (3rd since mmc).
First time tracking BBT. Seemingly all over the place, but did increase a bit yesterday and today so maybe I did actually ovulate! 😀

Chocolatebean · 27/03/2023 09:46

@SMG1992 thanks so much setting up the page again I’m so rubbish with technology I wouldn’t have a clue 🤦‍♀️.
hi @hennie222 we are pretty much the same 3 Ed cycle since mc and 2 dpo so here’s hoping. I use my i watch for tracking body temp but it’s all over place so try not to give it much kudos ( although it’s the 1st thing I check every morning on my phone 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤪🤪🤪)
hi @TheBirdintheCave hope you’re well xxx

YearoftheRabbit23 · 27/03/2023 09:48

Also commenting to get notifications!

I think I ovulated around March 23 based on EWCM (cycle day 10). We DTD March 20-25 with a day off yesterday, hope that covers the bases but will keep trying just in case my EWCM was a false flag!

Good luck everyone!

mollibu · 27/03/2023 10:22

Thanks for setting up the new thread! Place marking for the notifications Grin

SMG1992 · 27/03/2023 10:23

Looks like a lot of use will be testing at a similar time...I'm feeling a bit more positive that my body seems to be doing all of the right things this cycle.

I'm going to DTD again today just incase as got my LH surge yesterday morning, it will be the 6th day in a row so I think that should cover it!

Thanks for the new thread! I’ll be mostly lurking as I am now pregnant again, but I want to follow and see how everyone is getting on as you have been such an amazing support.

Wishing everyone luck ❤️❤️

Chocolatebean · 27/03/2023 10:36

@SMG1992 sounds like you’re definitely going to have it covered 😊. Oooh good luck sweet here’s hoping for all of us xxx

hennie222 · 27/03/2023 10:37

@SMG1992 Wow that's quite the effort should cover it! Think I would destroy DH 6 days in a row !!!!

Ttc2023x · 27/03/2023 11:02

Hi, had to change username but following as thread has helped so much & hearing positive stories gives me hope.

4 losses last year, tried to be paitent & have a few months break as took a while for periods to be normalised.... fingers crossed it happens this year for me

SMG1992 · 27/03/2023 11:59

Fingers crossed @Ttc2023x

Haha @hennie222 I think we will both be flagging by today lol!

@Fairylight102 I hope everything is going well for you and you are enjoying your pregnancy so far.

OP posts:
Fairylight102 · 27/03/2023 12:10

@SMG1992 @Chocolatebean Thank you both!

Everything seems to be ok so far, I’ve just passed 5 weeks and have had some nausea/smell sensitive/breast tenderness/insomnia. The symptoms go up and down rather than a consistent pattern, but I’m trying not to fixate on whether that is significant.

I’m getting a reassurance scan at the EPU when I’m 7 weeks so basically just trying to stay calm until I get to that.

Chocolatebean · 27/03/2023 12:28

@Fairylight102 oooh all sounding very good 😊😊😊
all
i know for this month is I definitely had some eggs growing and she said it would be from
my right ovary and I did have this weird pinging pain in the right side on Friday morning so here’s hoping here’s to Christmas babies 😂😂😂

Chocolatebean · 27/03/2023 12:36

also my amh results should be back today I don’t know if I’m going to call for them or not , not sure I want to know 😬😬😬

ML19 · 27/03/2023 13:02

Place marking! Hope everyone is doing okay. Have just experienced a chemical so that’s messed with my head a bit but been told I’ll be seen by the recurrent miscarriage clinic at the end of April so we are taking April off. Trying to enjoy Easter and the lighter days. Xxx

VillageFete · 27/03/2023 13:23

@Rabbitjungle1  Around 100 nmol/L is perfect, but 75nmol/L will do. The Holland and Barrett spray gets levels up quickly.

Have you ever read “It starts with the egg”?

If not, I highly recommend it, it has everything in that you need.

Yes, they only seem to do 100mg tablets, I used to take 3 per day. Pricey, I know :(

In a nutshell I’d recommend Vit D, Ubiquinol, Folate (not folic acid - some people can’t process it, Folate is broken down already for you) The Zita West pregnancy vitamin has folate in and is a good all rounder.

I’d also recommend everyone have their TSH tested - You can do this via Medichecks. High TSH can contribute to miscarriage. Ideally we want it 2.5 and under. If it’s too high, a short course of Levothyroxine will sort it right out.

I’ve learned the hard way, but I wish we were told all this info as standard!

Hankthehonk · 27/03/2023 14:07

Thanks for the new thread, I've found this thread so helpful since my mc a couple of weeks ago.
Waiting for AF to arrive who knows when, reading it starts with the egg, and trying to be kind to myself while I still struggle with the loss.

TheBirdintheCave · 27/03/2023 15:36

@VillageFete Is Ubiquinol vital? I really can't afford it on top of trips into the clinic and my husband's Proceive.

Fairylight102 · 27/03/2023 16:06

@Chocolatebean That’s so great you were able to feel something happening! Fingers crossed for you for a December baby!

Chocolatebean · 27/03/2023 16:53

@VillageFete is tsh the thyroid level? I’ve been taking 3 ubiquinol a day it’s crazy isn’t it 😬😬😬.
are you in Cyprus atm, when is your transfer everything crossed it goes well xxx
@Hankthehonk hey sweet it starts with the egg was my little addiction after I first had the mc it helped me feel empowered that there were things I could do to improve my chances xxx
ugh how can I have a sore throat when I’m still on antibiotics for the sore throat I had last week 🤦‍♀️ all the white spots are gone though phew xxx

Rabbitjungle1 · 27/03/2023 18:42

@VillageFete I'm really sorry you have had to learn all this the hard way - but thanks so much for passing on the knowledge 🙌

s14a · 27/03/2023 18:54

Thanks for the new thread too. I'm absolutely still lurking since my bfp because there is so much support on here 🥰

Hankthehonk · 27/03/2023 19:28

@Chocolatebean Yes that's exactly how I feel about It starts with the egg. A small sense of control after the shock of the mc, making positive changes.
Glad you found it helpful too, I'm sorry for your loss.

Chocolatebean · 27/03/2023 20:58

@s14a you give us hope and show it’s possible so glad you’re still here xxx
@Hankthehonk if you do read it and want to try some of the stuff have a look at ovum it combines it all and makes it a bit easier just squint at the price 😬😬😬
