Blimey, missed the link on the end of the other thread and you are here with more than 200 posts!!

Hello to everyone and just a very quick post to say I am one week away from eviction day.
Feel shattered and have a nasty cough but finishing my second course of antibiotics now... Slightly better bit if I make an effort it comes back... Grrrrr.

bakingtins · 24/03/2015 18:10

Yay for the 'so far so good' counting Smile

Brummiegirl15 · 24/03/2015 18:20

Counting that is great news. Really chuffed for you. Keeping fingers crossed for a weeks time!

Justonemoretime · 24/03/2015 18:21

will catch up later but just to say I am stuck in hospital after a bleed. I'm OK, baby ok but the placenta praevia playing up. So stuck here for 48 hours :( waves to everyone!

Sunandrainbow · 24/03/2015 18:21

counting - really pleased that scan today showed progress. And that you 'only' have to wait a week before the next one.

cloud - people do talk such bollocks. Nobody else's business whether someone decides not to have to kids / to have kids / what age to have kids. And if others feel it is their busy to be nasty then they clearly don't have enough interesting things going on in their own lives to keep them entertained. Ignore!!

Sunandrainbow · 24/03/2015 18:23

just - x posts. Hope all is ok - feet up and let others look after you. x

barkingtreefrog · 24/03/2015 18:34

Only a week til eviction tiny?! Wow,that's come quick. Hope you're feeling better soon x

That sounds encouraging counting. Do they think the thyroid issue could have caused slow growth perhaps? Thank goodness they got you sorted with the levothyroxine if that's the case. Fingers crossed for next week x

bakingtins · 24/03/2015 19:04

Take it easy just ! sorry you've had a scare but glad you are both ok.

Slightly better but now I am just running on adrenaline... DD was sick so bath, wiping sick off the floor, etc etc... And then DH comes home... At least he helped with the final clean up...
Tomorrow will keep her in and hope she doesn't want to run about too much...

Catlover2014 · 24/03/2015 21:28

Hi ladies!

Hope you're all well, hugs to those in hard places and hard times.

Barking thanks for new thread, keeping everything crossed for your IVF.

Fighting CCG on fertility funding and setting up local support group. I'm off to the fertility fairness conference at Westminster tomorrow and will make sure miscarriage is discussed there too!!!

My stats: me 34, DH 35. Currently 26 weeks pregnant after six years TTC. Many years of failed fertility treatment, one suspected early mc at 5 weeks and two later mcs at 10 and 11 weeks.

I try not to post too often as know I am lucky but hope I can offer a glimpse of hope as I never thought I would be able to carry a child this far.

XxX

girliesaints · 24/03/2015 21:29

Have been trying to catch up on thread when i can - so much happening to you precious people!

Barking** so excited for you - hopefully you'll look back on all these tentative egg collecting stages and smile, with your own dear baby cuddled into you!Grin

Brummiegirl** i have been thinking of you grieving for your fur baby. Me n dh are crazy cat people and we lost 2 in 2010, my darling british blue who was 18 yrs also, died in my arms. It broke my heart too - they are our family. I don't want a heaven without fur babies! Hope you have found some comfort.Flowers

Just**- take it easy lady! Ok? We are all there with you.Brew

Counting** so glad it's good news. YAY!!!!!!Grin

And a big thankyou to those who've been to coventry this week and other consultants, the information which you have shared (and which i've been pouring over) is very very useful. Thankyou for sharing.Smile

I have deffinitely felt a bit better this week and i'm sure it's the season turning around, and i finally got a positive on the old ovulation sticks, so my cycle is turning around too!Smile

Frecklefire · 24/03/2015 21:50

Ooo...also, there is no way on earth o could read that thread, i think my brain would just explode! They should vom up their disgusting comments in private. Fucking nazis! And breath...am working on the rage ladies, honest!

Justonemoretime · 24/03/2015 21:54

Night on the ward... had steroids and anti d. Still spotting but no more big bleeds so far. I'll be here until they are satisfied its stopped for 48 hours. Scan tomorrow to see the condition on the placenta. Dh has dropped off my tablet with new house of cards downloaded on it. Waves to all.
Glad all encouraging, Counting. x

Justonemoretime · 24/03/2015 21:56

Barking, how exciting, too. x

Brummiegirl15 · 24/03/2015 21:56

Thanks Freckle

We are utterly heartbroken. Still lots of tears today. Doesn't help with due date number 2 looming tomorrow.

I know it was a good peaceful death as he was bloody old at 19 - and a rescue cat, doesn't hurt any fecking less though.

And lots of niggly pregnancy threads at the moment doing the rounds and I just want to comment on every. Single. One of them saying "do you have any any idea how lucky you are.

People complaining about bump touchers and I want to say "try standing in the shower, cradling your tummy, sobbing because you lost 3 babies and you now feel empty"

But of course I don't. And I know I'm being unreasonable and an absolute cow

I couldn't even bring myself to remind my parents tonight that tomorrow is day number 2 as I just get fobbed off by so many people saying I shouldn't think about it. Sad

Brummiegirl15 · 24/03/2015 21:57

Just hope you are ok!!! Lots of rest and I love House of cards!!! Enjoy

Minnie74 · 24/03/2015 22:30

Yay! counting so glad it was good news. Was thinking about you all day.

Woohoo barking fab news on the eggs and sperm dtd so beautifully!

brummie still sending hugs for you and your little cat. It's just awful. And sending more for due date tomorrow. Be nice to yourself. Flowers

freckle glad you're feeling a bit better. The weather really helps. And yay for ov too.

pop glad first day was ok. Why do some people make it all about them? I had the same with my friend who's now 30 weeks pg (after a mc to be fair) saying 'oh you'll be fine look at me. It only took me a couple of months' Yeah I'm looking- you're pg, I'm not!

just hope you're better and home soon.

tiny a week- so exciting!

cloud some threads are so awful. Can't believe how some people think its ok to spout off and upset others. If only we all could be settled and happy and popping out babies left right and centre at exactly the time we wanted to! Totally selfish!

Finally stopped bleeding here so am now on the wait for af. Not heard from rmc yet so think i might chase it up tomorrow, just to check the nurse did put in the referral and wasn't collared to do another job as soon as she left us!

Apologies to anyone I've missed. Memory is crap and can't now change pages!

Justonemoretime · 25/03/2015 06:08

Quiet night on the ward. Still light bleeding so will be here a while. I can't go home until its stopped for at least a day with no spotting. Baby fine on HB monitor and scan later today to see what placenta is looking like. Waves to everyone! x

Marchgirl · 25/03/2015 06:16

Thinking of you today brummie. Hope you have something nice planned to take your mind off things x
