Hi, is there anyone from the Corby area of Northants? I saw a Northants topic but everyone was from Wellingborough, so I was wondering if there was anyone closer?

Somethings better than nothing. He might get offered a few days here and there from other agencies before then.
I havent been East Carlton for years. Thanks for letting me know about Telford lodge gives me somewhere else to take josh.

Do you want to meet up again next week? Hopefully Samie'll be back on here soon, it'd be good to all get together. It's been a few days now, so I hope her ds is ok!

Yes i'd like that think ds would aswell.
I cant stop thinking about her, I know how worrying it is to have a child in hospital granted it was something completely different.

Lucy was in hospital a lot when she was younger, and it so worrying. Even when there isn't much wrong there is something so horrible about having kids in hospital.
Well I can do Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday next week.

We'd better wait and leave it at wednesday or thursday unitl Samie's back on, and plan something then. Dh has been offered a job starting monday and it pays more than the one he quit, so for once things have worked out well! At least I'll be able to afford to do something when we meet up now!

hi ya hope all is good wiv u 2. sory if i was a bit strange on tuesday, oh lord wot a week. ds is ok a lttle toerag again. i got to hospital and they said they needed tooperate cause they fort he had testicular torsion!!!( means his balls have twisted in side ouch) and u only get a 7 hour window in which to save them so he went to theater within an hour and was there for about an hour, then the consultant came up and said that it was a major infecion so they have removed pus and will b on antibiotics and painrelife but he needs to go have his kidneys checked cause they think they are not working properly!!! but every thing is fine thanks for ur concern. yeah i can do wednesday we got some one cumin to look at broadband on thursday cause it keeps crashing thats y i took me so long to gey back on here u 2 can sortout where and when and can make it and will try get on net before tuesday if not on my own net ill use my nans ok will talk soon. sorry for such a long msg hope u both and kids are all well xxx

oh Samie that sounds awful, you must've been so scared. Glad he's feeling better now, you couldn't get much of a worse couple of days than that. I hope everything is ok with his kidneys. And you didn't seem strange on Tuesday, so don't worry about that,it was nice of you to come and let us know with everything that was going on!

it was quite scaryand when i foned his dad he just said oh right let me know wot happens!!! i was so annoyed i fort he is a twat and really dont give a dam all he had to do was go to train station and u get a train straight there dont you. oh sod him eh! i was in kettering nicking a mates sat nav so fort i may as well drop off to tell u both quickly.
12.30 is good for me yeah.

Spoke to him wednesday night and he waxs asking what hes doing etchow hes developing. His car's off the road so, the only way he could see josh is this way ass dad can pick him up when he's finished work on monday, (dads working in the same city he lives in) but hes got to find a way back so i should find out for monday what hes doing.

ye thats why ive invited him, otherwise it might be far to long for him to go without seeing his dad. I dont know if hes coming yet hope he does for josh's sake. Will text him this evening about it if i havent heard so i can sort it out with my dad. No he hasnt well didnt when i spoke to him during the week but hes quite fussy with money wont take less than £8 p/h cos of what he does.

ah well at least u r havin better luck wiv his dad than i am. i give up i have told his dad if he dont c him this weekend then he is not gunna c him again i dont want him messing logan about at least logan is young enuf not to notice much now. but he has had him for a few hours today.

my ex aint seen ds for a month but he lives 65 miles away n lost his job, only way i can think of josh seein his dad is him staying here for a few days. If he finds a way to get back home, im not holding my breath

hes a truck driver used to drive the recycling lorries. The weekend before easter was the last time he saw him and he thinks itll be at least a month untill hes working and can afford to poick josh up t have him at his for the weekend. Which is why ive invited him hear. Josh is fast asleep at the minute. Hows logan now?

all ive had for the past few days is dad dad dad dad, cant think what to tell him that hell understand and wont upset him if he doesn and ex doesnt come.
Im glad logans better im sure his dad wouldnt do anything to harm him in any way, thatll be good if you do get some of him.

oh no, what a shame. Did you tell him that Josh was asking for him? well it's his loss isn't it.
did your ds's dad give you money in the end Samie? at least it's something if he does that.
