Hi Trixy! How the heck are you? We've moved to a Weds morning at the nursery (and DP is doing the nursery run these days while I MN work) so I never seem to bump into you. Must get together soon.

BTW, has anyone seen Bookthief recently - haven't seen her on here for ages.

I spoke to WO last night, I dont want to step on anyones' toes, but since it was annocunced by proxy on her AN thread, I hope she wont mind me telling you guys.

The girls were born on NYE, twin 1 is fine, twin 2 has a collapsed lung so was in ITU. I dont know any other details, but thoughts and prayers are with them all.

Congratulations tallulah! that dt2 has had a scary start for you but praying things are looking good for your wee ones.

(I'm still here but lurking due to mainly having access at work still. We got a new laptop and then the internet went kaput. Always up for a meetup on a thurs or fri!)

Oh congratulations Tallulah! Hope the twins (and you) are doing well - and that second twin will soon be hale and hearty.

I'm fine ME. DS is now in nursery on a Wed and Thurs as I'm kind of back to work full time. We will need to catch up soon, but I think i will have most Fridays off from Feb, can't remember what day is best for you.

Got a bit of news to share with you.

There'll be a new bairn on the thread!!

I'm 12+1, due on the 2nd of August.

Definitely not as exciting as first time round as I know what I'm letting myself in for, not looking forward to more sleepless nights. Alsoprobably not the best idea given that I'm being made redundant, but I'm sure it'll work out somehow!!!

DH is quite proud of himself as we were successful first try!!

I'm hoping I have managed to time it so that I go off on mat leave before they serve me notice, but keeping it quiet at work at the moment in case they decide to serve me notice earlier than they have said.

Yes it is B's birthday on Saturday, I can't believe they are 2!!!

I'm oficially full time as well, but I have to take all my holidays before I go off on mat leave so I can pretty much take a day a week off, so I can maybe manage a meet up at some point.

We were clean out of inspiration - after ds1 in Nov, then Christmas, they've got so much stuff! The biggest hit has been the toy cash register that my mum got him. And the bubble wrap of course

My bf just had her second. Mmmmmmm newborn - it gets me soooo broody! All reports I've heard are that it isn't as hard as you think. I can't quite work out how that can be given that I have my hands full with the one, but I'm happy to believe them.

My friends who have 2 Dcs keep telling me how hard it is. I rmember them telling me how hard it was being a parent when i was pregnant with DS and it was sooo much harder than i imagined, so I am dreading it a bit.
