Hi Fio. Thanks for putting this out there. Hadn't got round to it. Had a look on line and I can't find anything like the kind of pub we were thinking of. I'll try up my street or something like that.
Come on kent people. Roll up, roll up. Fun day out for the taking, in the delicious company of Cadbury the starving and Fio the delectable.

Sorry, don't know of anywhere! Not much use at all am I!

Cadbury · 23/09/2004 16:15

Great dingle. Where abouts are you?

Dingle · 23/09/2004 16:21

Medway, just minutes from M2. I drive ,so don't mind travelling within reason but I do need to work around dropping ds off at school & collecting again. To give me more time I can't meet on the days dd goes to SN nursery, so I will have her in tow.
Have you anywhere in mind at all?

Cadbury · 23/09/2004 17:04

Oooo where in medway? I'm in walderslade.

Cadbury · 23/09/2004 18:36

Dingle · 23/09/2004 18:37

Cadbury!!!!! Lordswood!!!

Cadbury · 23/09/2004 18:38

Well what do you know! I wonder if we have met? How old are your kids?

Dingle · 23/09/2004 18:41

DS is just 5, and dd is nearly 3.

Cadbury · 23/09/2004 18:42

My dd is nearly 4 and ds is 14 months. Are you on MSN? We could carry on this chatr with out giving our addresses away to the rest of syberspace!

Dingle · 23/09/2004 18:45

Just sent message via CAT.

Cadbury · 23/09/2004 18:49

Great. Might take a while to get there.

Aero · 23/09/2004 19:11

How's the starve going Cadbury - meant to email; you today, but couldn't get moment - busy looking for the elusive cat who can hide in the most obscure places - keeps making me panic that we've lost him even when I know it's not possible for him to get out of the house!!!! Found him in the hotpress (airing cupboard to most of you lot but anyone from NI will know what I'm talking about)!!

Aero · 23/09/2004 19:12

oops - meant 'her'!

Cadbury · 23/09/2004 19:48

Hi Aero! Was thinking about you too today. Will be popping in to town tomorrow so if you get a wierd message at home asking if you can give me a cuddle and make the nasty screaming children go away, you'll know who it is!. She's been fab today actually (so it's about time she was evil again!!!).
First rule of cats, always look for them in the warmest place in the house, or near the food!
Starve going not to badly! How about you? Succummed to marshmallows today, but they are fat free, shame about the calories!!!!!

Aero · 23/09/2004 20:00

pps - can I come too - during school hours of course!
Dingle - I'd watch out for that Cadbury girl - she bakes verrrrrrrrry good cakes!!!

Aero · 23/09/2004 20:02

I'll be around tomorrow Cadbury - and the kids too as it's a teacher training day, so do call perleeeeease as I'll probably be tearing my hair out too!

Dingle · 23/09/2004 20:40

Aaawww...and there's me meant to be on a healthy eating/keep fit thingy...don't know what else to call it!!
Don't think I could resist!

Think of me while your eating your homebaked goodies tomorrow, I will be stuck up at Medway Maritime with dd, at least her appointments fairly early. Have an extra cake for me.

Cadbury · 23/09/2004 20:42

Dingle, I can't eat them either! And neither can Aero! We are all trying to eat low fat diets and my baking is anything but low fat!
Hope the appointment goes well! Do you have to go up there a lot?

Aero · 23/09/2004 20:48

I don't wish to discuss how my day wenr regarding being healthy - let's just say it started with a flapjack (cadder's recipe) and went downhill from there!!!

Cadbury · 23/09/2004 21:00

Oh dear! You did make my mum happy though. Its her flapjack recipe so she's pleased you are making several bathes a week! It's alright for her though, she is stick thin and at 57ish has the body of a 20 something. IT MAKES ME SICK !!!!!
