Any one fancy big picnic type meet up? Cannon Hall perhaps? Shall we throw some ideas about?

Here's mine - Cannon Hall, once school breaks up but before 18th August! Any weekeday fine for me in hols!

Phoenix/Gingermonkey etc- stop swearing or using " distasteful" language on your thread as my school system won't let me on because of it!!

Hello fellow wakey type! It is a anyone is welcome picnic (weather permitting) in the park type of a do. So you and your brood (bump included) are very welcome! Would you like a smiley face badge so you can be spotted/spot others because only a few of us know each other (I only know one other person). Glad the smiley badge idea went well

I'll keep an eye out for the nexr meet up and will definately come along to that one.

given the weather lately, cancelling my week on the east coast may not be a bad idea, but no...i need the break, even if it means staying in the cottage for the entire week!

I was trying to figure out how that was related to Brown Sauce, Sarah - then I realised you meant HP the Wizard .
There is a slight delay on more smiley faces - DD seems to think because she is on school holidays she is therefore entitled to do nothing when she gets in from a days summer camp. How dare she! I shall be cracking the whip tomorrow and she will be back on it so any more smiley faces for anyone? (FMV, yours was going to posted out today but then it rained. It will go tomorrow morning tho...promise )

KaySamuels - I asked my brother about how to get the bus from station out to Roundhay Park and he said:
you get 12 bus from Vicar Lane (opposite the Corn Exchange and market) which goes up Roundhay Road and has a stop outside Tropical World. They're every 10 minutes.

I am away till next Wed but will post again when I get back if we want to arrange to meet at the station and travel out together.
