I have friends near Farnham - Wrecclesham actually. (Hi if you're reading this!)

I definitely can't make this - I'm out wedding dress hunting with a friend (her wedding, not mine ).

That must be near where these friends live as I think they're near St Peters church.

Sorry, just had message from mother that she is flying down tonight and staying until my sons birthday (10th) and taking him/us all out to dinner on that Saturday.
I'm so sorry I really want to come. Can we try adn arrange more outings in this area, there seem to be lots of keen folks!
Am happy to host at mine one time...
Love
Jane

Am definitely going to come on Saturday. If anyone wants to meet for lunch first let me know and the dds and I would love to join you.

emmatmg · 02/02/2004 11:07

Stressy, I'm a Hampshire lass originally too. Basingstoke to be precise.

emmatmg · 02/02/2004 11:10

Sykes, I'll be there for lunch, probably be arriving at around 12:30 so if you want we could meet let me know.

sykes · 02/02/2004 11:18

That sounds good, Emma. I'll get there for 12:30. There are at least two places to eat. One in the indoor playbarn and another cafeish place very close to the barn. Have you been before? I'm 5'2", long dark brown hair, will doubtlessly be in jeans with a long parka coat on. Have two dds, four and two. Don't mind either place for lunch - the indoor barn has the problem that the children may not want to eat - ie, would rather play. As you have three you choose. I'll check the cafe is open. Look forward to meeting.

how old are you stressy, we might already know each other. I'm a south ham girl.
I'm 30 yrs old BTW.

Sykes, I think the cafe bit is a better option as mine definately won't eat if we're in the play barn. see you there.

lou33 · 02/02/2004 12:40

Stressy, yes it is. We alternate between Tesco and Asda. Asda for the tighter weeks .

See you there around 12:30 - I'll check it's open at some point - must be.

squirmyworm · 02/02/2004 19:36

hi all - looking forward to seeing you = did we decide whether to wear anything distinctive or are we just going to pitch up and take our chances that we'll find eachother? I'll be there with my sister and her 3 year old plus my 3 month old....really looking forward to it. Is it still 1330 at the barn?

Aaaaawwwwww DAMM this time I really was going to come, as it's so close and with so many I could shyly blend but have discovered I'm off to see Loopy Lou at the Epsom playhouse.
So sorry guys, promise I'm not copping out but if there's a next time ??????

Twinkie · 02/02/2004 20:21

SB34 will be having our balloon looking like a loony - I will be with her - am tall (5'8", short brown hair and will have stripy jumper on more then likely.

Pie you are very gorgeous

emmatmg · 02/02/2004 20:26

Sb, I think the balloon idea will be great help for us all, at least then we won't get funny looks when we ask a non-mumsnetter who she is..........hold on a minute is there such a thing as a person who doesn't do MN

Any colour, just tied to the buggy/pram, helieum or normal.....what do you all think?

Oooohhh you will all look mad - not sure whether I should come now and I am allergic to latex if one of those balloons touch me I will be wheezing and scratching for days

How about once we've been identified() we pop the balloons so that you don't have any trouble twinkie.

Sykes, I've looked one the website and it doesn't say anything about the cafe being closed so I'll meet you there. 12:30 providing the children co-operate!
