She was hyper and sang for the entire train all the way home!

Hope your DS2 is ok? That was very purple sick!

emmatmg · 07/02/2004 20:39

Mmmmmm......that's what ribena and half a sausage roll does!

pie · 07/02/2004 20:40

Oh is that what it was? lol, I'd been trying to figure it out all afternoon!

I can't get over how all you mums with 3 children seemed so organised! I am in total admiration.

tillymint · 07/02/2004 20:45

Here here Pie,
If I had three, I'd probably lose one.

Oh heck, I will have three in sept!! Better get some tracking devices fitted in the back of their heads!

pie · 07/02/2004 20:47

Hi tilly! Hope you're not feeling too sore?

tillymint · 07/02/2004 20:51

Thanks pie, I'm not too bad. I feel a whimp compared to what you're going thru'. Planning on going to bed now though, with a mug of milky coffee and a magazine!! What a saturday night!!

emmatmg · 07/02/2004 20:52

Organized? I've been up since 5:50am and pretty much getting ready since then. Probably had about 45 minutes spare time between getting up and leaving the house at 11:20pm.
And that's quite usual when we have a day out......hence why Mumsnet and all of you are my social life. It's just too much like hard work going out and I'm very lazy

Oh thank god I can relax at last - got back from MILs about 1/2 hr ago, DSs have collapsed into bed and DD is zonked on the sofa!

It was lovely today, everyone was so welcoming and friendly that I now feel really silly that I spent all this week worrying about it! It is really nice to be able to put faces to (nick)names too.

Roll on the next one !?

mammya · 07/02/2004 23:09

What a lovely day, sorry I didn't manage to speak to all of you (it was soooo noisy in that play barn wasn't it?)
SB, sorry we didn't get back to yours, but I got back home at 7.30, can't even imagine how late it would have been had we accepted your kind invitation. Another time?
Stressy both your children are lovely, and don't worry about dd falling over, we're used to it! She had a great time.
Twinkie, again, thank you so much for the lifts.
Glad our dds got on so well, apart from the plane/star disagreement (that was funny!)
Let's do it again when the weather is warmer. We could have a great picnic!

Twinkie · 10/02/2004 09:49

Hoorah - yes lets do again when the weather is warmer!!

DD loved it and is v.impressed at Sohie speaking 2 languages - she wants to now too - although me teaching her to count in French is not going to well - thought it came naturally I think and now she realises she has to learn it!!

Pie - my DD is officially PIG GIRL!! Ha ha - everyone thought her very strange in Sainsbury's on Sunday morning!!! Your DDs are beautiful by the way as are you!!

Everyone else was lovely too - especially the wonderful Sam who DD wants to marry!! And stressyyhead you looked nothing like what I thought you would - I expected one of the hairbear bunch to turn up!!

Sorry if I did not say hello to everyone - I am actually quite shy around people I don't know and had to drive so no alcohol to numb the self-conciousness!!
