Looking forward to reading how you all got on.

Hopefully it's good news, but if it's not what you expected then have a think about what you've been doing - read the rules again and make sure you know what to do.

If you're sure you've been following the rules, then post and let me know what your last 3-4 days have been like in terms of what you've been eating and drinking.

Morning!

today we leave for France for 2 weeks. Can’t wait. Also slightly trepidatious about BREAD. anyway I will try and make mindful choices.

yesterday/
b eggs, chorizo, avo and toms
l chicken salad
d chicken curry with onion salad, raiti, no rice.
Wine

i have my period and am down 2lbs. Not bad as I usually am heavier and feel bigger (bloated) which I don’t this time. LC does work!

I have had some stinking headaches from Diet Coke withdrawal maybe? Also I have a nerve pain which I’ve been give Naproxen, makes my heart race which scared the shit out if me.

1.5lb down for me. Not been the best week but better than going the other way

4lb off for me this morning so pretty pleased with that.
I suffer from leg oedema so really struggle with weight fluctuation. Hopefully this will be a steady, downward figure.

Well done everyone on their losses.

Just weighed, I've STS at 123lb - I've stuck to the rules to the letter (no sugar, no alcohol, carbs from veg etc) so hopefully this is normal after quite a big loss last week. Please tell me this is to be expected!

I'm staying off the alcohol (I'm going to aim for the whole 8 weeks of bootcamp) but would like to intro some berries to my yoghurt and hopefully this won't make much difference, carb wise.

Bring on week 3!!

o my g&T with low calorie Schweppes - I did google and some low calorie tonic do have carbs but low cal Schweppes did not make me go on a carb binge. That said I do not have a sweet tooth - so I get the point about insulin response & I could have had soda water but it hasn't made me want sugary things. I reckon I could have a gin and soda water once in a while - perhaps next time I will try the it , but have lost 3lb over 2 weeks so happy.
