Morning campers!

Here's the Spreadsheet of Fabulousness for you to confess all

We're half way through now. Hopefully by now we should all be getting used to a low carb way of eating, which will mean we should be fat-adapted.

I hope you've enjoyed the recipe challenges, and I really look forward to reading more recipes.

I especially hope that the challenge has lured the lurkers out! Please post your recipes!

And, of course, here's hoping that we all have a good week ahead

Are you doing Yoga with Adriene Pleaseandthankyou? I started doing her hamstring and lower back video last year and now I can touch my toes easily from having woeful hamstring flexibility beforehand even after years of Pilates. She's so lovely as well, her workouts are really enjoyable.

StuntNun I’m delighted you have done a belt, a brow pencil, and a scarf.

My genuine suggestion is to do these things—when it works— every day, lockdown be damned. You haven’t mentioned lipstick Hmm

Chunky jewellery aside (did we decide that suits you?), the only statement I want you or anyone to make is who YOU are.

It’s not a cookie cutter world. Grin

Have just made glorious fish cakes for the family and have my own low carb version thanks to IPD. Also potatoes dauphinois, mine was celeriac, with roasted broccoli and cauliflower and I had some fried mushrooms as well.

Feeling practically saintly, I tell you. Most important thing to me right now is I downed buckets of WATER with my meal.

Best of British for tomorrow’s weigh in, y’all.

I am going to try. I am naturally lazy. I really enjoy walking. I walked 14km today, 9km yesterday, but I hate going to the gym. I work long hours during the week so will make an effort to fit it in.

I don't do lipstick Shag. I'm too rubbish at getting it on right and end up looking like a cross dresser. Blush Instead I have a Younique lip stain that stays put all day. I don't know what I'll do when it runs out though as that friend has finished her MLM phase.

My plans for March seem very moderate - but I do think I can do them, which feels more important, and for me much better than having over ambitious goals which I give up in the first week. I'm going to be kind to my feet every day, and I'm going to try increasing my plank stamina by one second every day. So whatever time I manage to do tomorrow (most likely not very many seconds) by April I should be able to do 31 seconds longer.

I might also try a small decluttering challenge, although if today's attempt is anything to go by it might be doomed. In the futile search for a key for my bike lock I came across some wooden chopsticks - cheap ones from a takeaway at some point. We already have naice chopsticks from Asian holidays, so I put them next to the back door in the recycling pile. dh noticed them, queried why I was throwing them out, then 'rescued' them. When challenged he said "they would be useful for when he needs to poke at something in the garage" Hmm

I had a wakeful few hours in the night and feel very low on energy as a consequence. A short walk this morning felt like a real drudge, and I was 2lbs heavier than my mid-week weight. Food has been a bit random:
L - left over tapas (anchovies, olives, peppers, artichokes, frittata, chorizo, cheese)
D - Thai style soup with cauliflower, courgette and toasted nuts

Keep on keeping on @ouchmyfeet 💐
@venusandmars I’m with you on the decluttering , we are selling up and all going well moving at the end of March / beginning of April
I need to start packing ( and find somewhere to live )
Good day here
L cheese and ham omlette , green salad
D roast pork , cauli , cabbage carrots and strawberries and cream for pud
One glass of red wine
Sat outside and had a coffee in the sunshine this afternoon , and went for a walk ,
Found a recipe to try , celariac dauphinois, with leeks and bacon , planning on trying that tomorrow and Ubercamp from Tuesday

I second the Tim Riggins love ❤️ so dreamy. He's even better now too, not that I follow him on Instagram or anything

Today I'm a bit bloated from TOM but a good food day, spinach and cucumber salad with mushrooms, shallots and red pepper for lunch, and celeriac chips with cheese, veggie sausages, and mushrooms for dinner.

Tiredness so does have an effect. After my 3 hours sleep or so the other night, the next day I got a snack craving around 9pm and scarfed some peanuts, I never usually need to! Thankfully my little monster slept through last night. No snack urges!

Oh and the eat less move more people drive me crazy. I've done the calorie counting restrictive eating thing. I've never lost more than half a stone that way. Half the people in the 'no rules for food' smug thread eat like crap, and yet are slim. Just goes to show that some people are genetically disposed to being slim, it's not through their virtuous nature, they are just lucky.

Going to post this in two halves as the MN doesn't like long posts (fortunately I'd copied it before posting, in case Wink)

@ShagMeRiggins - you are too kind Blush

I wore my new blue velvet jeans, belt and navy satin shirt to the highlight of my social calendar at the moment: a trip over to my dad's for supper tonight Grin We're now home and I'm wearing my yellowy mustard cardigan over the combination - you'd approve Wink

Accessories are gold Rennie Mackintosh jewellery - a necklace I don't wear often, a bangle I wear all the time and my smaller pair of dangly RM earrings (because I couldn't be bothered changing to the bigger ones).

I'm not generally a "chunky" sort of jewellery person - although I do occasionally hanker after a silver cuff (and I have inherited a lovely large link silver bracelet from my mum which is Jorg Jensen in style - to replace one she lost).

Part 2:

I am currently sort-of growing my hair: I had a hair appointment on Christmas Eve (last day that hairdressers were open WinkWink) and she agreed that growing my hair was working and she felt that not having a fringe was "younger". The last colour I had done was back in September, but fortunately because the way she colours it is "like my natural colour but better" Wink(blonde highlights plus chunks of red/copper), it's not too obvious that it's needing done again. Plus my few grey hairs and the streak at my temple just look like more blonde highlights Grin

My hair is really fine though but a helluva lot of it so I need to put it back when we go for walks as otherwise it blows into my face all the time but it's now long enough to pull back into a ponytail except the chunk that caught fire when I was leaning over candles in the fireplace lighting them last week ShockBlush
