@StuntNun thanks for the encouragement! Your sleep deprivation sounds horrendous! My DS was terrible with sleep but then I only have 1. Youre right hopefully it will come off as I stick to this woe

@BIWI thanks for the new thread. Can't believe it's 7 weeks already

Hope the scales/measuring tapes are kind to us today!

Week 7 already! Time is flying...

Half a pound off for me, content with that due to birthday splurging last week! Back on it this week, aiming to hit my water targets, as I’ve not been...

1lb loss for me this week. That brings me down to 10st 12 lbs. it's the lowest I've been since before the first lockdown.

My March challenge is doing the one that Biwi posted. ✅. Did it this morning and realised how unfit I am. Going to try the yoga with Adrienne later.

Dinner yesterday was roast duck with celeriac dauphinois. The dauphinois is really food of the Gods.

Pretty your outfit is lovely. The mustard and blue is a lovely colour combination.

I'm also doing the 16/8 fasting that Stuntnun has on the other thread. It's been a great help having a cut off time for eating. It's stopped my mindless snacking. I haven't managed to do longer than 18 hours but it's helped me to feel real tummy hunger rather than just wanting to eat. Hope that makes sense.

I'm in school all day today to do Covid testing so I look forward to getting home tonight to see how everyone has done.

Morning all just checking in.
@prettybird I love mustard and blue. Wear it a lot and decorated my kitchen in those colours too!

@StuntNun hope the testing goes well. We are gearing up to test 1500 students 3 times starting this week. Whilst also invigilating and support g exams a d teaching!

Anyone else hoping to get the big stick for @BIWI?!? Hope your DS has a great day!

Plan for today = fast until dinner when having Delia's chicken in whole spices with garlic and chili chard. Greek yoghurt for after. Off to do day one of the fitness challenge.

Looking forward to hearing about lots of losses today Grin

I'm feeling very invigorated after a weekend of sunshine. I'm going to do the 30 day yoga with Adrienne challenge as well as my ongoing running challenge, I'm determined to be in the 180s by the end of bootcamp and to see the back of 195 forever! Have a brilliant week everyone Flowers

Disappointingly 1.4lbs up (after being 2lbs lower than that all week) and not sure why - maybe just an unfortunate Sunday / Monday fluctuation. But I feel quite rubbish in general - sluggish and heavy and maybe a bit achey. That's not how I normally feel on this woe so I'll take it easy for a couple of days.

B - coffee with cream
L - omelette with cheese and spinach and left-over tapas (artichoke, peppers, olives)
D - something with lamb mince, maybe, meat loaf with cauliflower and broccoli

March 1st challenge throwing or donating an item a day. I have pulled a skirt from wardrobe at random. Unworn for at least 10 years. Tried on and I am wearing it! 2 others on the same hanger one is an old Toast skirt completely forgotten. These were not the easy target I thought they would be.

Lower number than last week on the scales but like some others with tiny waists and flat tums - @Bestbees and @Lyrata I need to accept where I am and be comfortable maintaining. A very wise post from Shag on the last thread struck a cord with me too.

Good luck for this week every one. And KOKO.

Stayed the same , which is annoying as I know it is entirely my own fault

Back to basics today , and will be going to Tesco with a shopping list ( which will not include treats , as I’ll just eat them )

Done my first plank , starting at 30 seconds on the first day ... it will only get tougher !

16:8 5 days a week plus 24 hour fasts this week.
No bloody wine.
WATER WATER WATER

I can join the others doing Level 1 of the Shred this week as I'm back on to that DVD Grin

I remember the first time I did it (on my knees for the press-ups, really light weights, lots of 5s rests) sitting at the table afterwards and feeling as if I had balloons under my armpits, my arms and upper body were throbbing so much ShockBlush

Re candles and hair, I'm now very careful when lighting the candles on the hearth Grin (the fireplace is blanked off at the moment: we have to wait until Lockdown is over before we can go and find a replacement cast iron insert and sort out re-lining the chimney).

Morning campers! Where did spring go? Confused
It's brass monkeys here.

I can't do my exercise "routine" until the end of the school day, because it involves being in the attic above DS1's bedroom and I'm not exactly light on my feet...

Best of luck to all those weighing in today! Flowers

Scales showing just short of 1lb off today after they had been showing another 1lb off since Thursday. So hopefully will be that weight soon properly.

Had a lovely birthday on Saturday - no cheating just a couple of glasses of fizz. Ordered the duck again and ate it over two days - really lovely!

Today is:
B - two boiled eggs and butter
L - leek and broccoli soup
D - lamb burger (homemade) with loads of green veg in butter, and some roast celeriac.

Hope you all have good weeks!

Morning everyone!🌼🌷🌻🌺

@prettybird didn’t get a chance to say on the last thread that I love that colour blue of your blouse/shirt (can’t remember). It’s my most favourite colour...and now I need a ‘dressing up/going out’ top in that colour!!😉

My weight today is 69.4kg (153 lbs). Please could someone add it for me? Thank you!🙂

Morning, I feel I deserve that big stick too. It's my birthday today and my family really wanted to treat me this weekend, which was lovely and they'd gone to loads of effort, but they really don't understand how much impact going off plan can have (although I really have tried to explain) and kept producing meals with carbs and lots of my favourite booze. My husband had even bought all the ingredients for my favourite cocktail so how could I say no.....
I'm showing a 1.4lb gain from last Monday which doesn't look bad, but from Wednesday last week I'd started having a whoosh and had lost a couple of pounds and meant I'd made it below 11 stone and had lost a total of 1 1/2 stone. I was so happy and now I've put on 4lbs since then.
So now it's back to it and I'll lose it again and after a bit of nervousness about having stalled I know it does work, as the end of last week shows. I'm just annoyed that I know it will take me 2 weeks probably until I'm back where I was on Friday.
Sorry for my self pitying post, but I'm just annoyed with myself I think.
Anyway well done to everyone who has lost, I need more of your self control.
I've already told them I want no treats that are off plan for Mothers Day!
