Morning all.

Here's the Spreadsheet of Fabulousness

I hope that the start of week 5 puts to rest the troublesome weeks 3 & 4, and we can get on with the job of losing weight from here on in!

Just remember that weight loss from now on will be slow and steady. Unless you have masses to lose, you should expect to see around 1-2lbs a week loss.

I hope that the scales, or the tape measure, are kind to you!

Welcome back @twinklestar2.

Reporting an 800g loss on my end, that's almost 2lbs if you squint ;)

I'm really pleased with this as it was done with over half the week in Canada without the ability to cook my own food.

@AandL wow that sounds very full on. Hopefully you'll be rewarded with easy weight loss (does that exist?) and I'll not moan about 3 nights of the in laws staying!

Scales have finally tilted in my favour after a week of teasing. Only 1lb off but I'm now under 11st and into the 10s (just). This is dd1's birthday week so lots of cakes to make. I'm allowing one small slice of cake and we're out for an Italian on Saturday with my parents and dc so I'm hoping to maintain this week. Planning to stick to plan though with the 2 blips. I see this as a woe so if I'm to continue after boot camp I need to control my blips not the other way round.
