Morning campers

Here's the spreadsheet

So we start our last two weeks. Let's get really focused - think about the food you're eating, pinpoint any carb creep and eliminate that cheating!

If it helps, post what you're eating each day. Or even consider going back to strict Bootcamp for the last fortnight!

Flowers

Good luck to everyone

@ilovecherries - I feel your pain! And I hope very much that the hotel were able to make you a lovely, low carb fry up this morning

Amazing pics Jim

Veryflummoxed · 22/07/2017 16:57

just wanted to put it up there for those who might not realise some cauli cheese sauces are made with loads of flour and/or milk, rather than, say, just cheese and cream.

Yes that's a good point.

ragz134 · 22/07/2017 17:59

user www.boohoo.com/alice-swing-vest/AZZ41572.html?color=105 for some reason some are listed as swing CAMI and some as swing vest.

YoLoZammo · 22/07/2017 18:18

I'm loving all the photos too. Wow at jim and ragz . It's amazing to see the difference right in front of you in a before and after photo. And C4 I too have shoe envy. Hope you didn't get totally rained out and ruined those lovely shoes .

My fave lc meal has got to be a Full English Breakfast. Without the usual carby accompaniments of course. Who needs them anyway.

YoLoZammo · 22/07/2017 18:23

I'm going to try those courgette balls. They sound yummy.

Any ideas for a pork joint and what to go with it? I have non lc guests coming tomorrow. Obviously crackling which I will remove for my sole consumption during the week, but need ideas for flavour bar just chucking in oven and having boring old roast pork. And minimal work as I haven't got time to spend faffing in kitchen for hours preparing food. I have a slow cooker but when I did jim's pork belly recipe a few weeks ago, the bottom burnt badly, even on low.

HemanOrSheRa · 22/07/2017 18:26

Oooh ragz. What is the sizing like on those tops? I'm an 18 due to my boobs and broad back. But could get away with a 16 in a generous swingy top, maybe.

HemanOrSheRa · 22/07/2017 18:35

What cut is it Zammo? Fennel, rosemary and garlic go well with pork to jazz it up a bit. Do you want to have a proper roast or something else?

Userwithoutaname · 22/07/2017 18:41

Thanks ragz Smile Just ordered a couple, although sadly the lovely turquoise wasn't available in size 16.

Bibs2014 · 22/07/2017 19:04

All the pics are great!

I've been a carby twat. I knew it was coming. It's done and line drawn. I know why too, I've fallen into the rut of eating the same things over and over.

I think I'll get some lamb to have tomorrow - haven't had that in ages! Thanks for suggesting it!

Bibs2014 · 22/07/2017 19:08

Ive cropped my face out as I don't want to be identified but here's two pics from last night, I felt good and got lots of attention! A new dress always makes me feel great!

Bibs You look lovely in that dress and slim.

HemanOrSheRa · 22/07/2017 19:25

Oh Bibs you look absolutely gorgeous. Just lovely Smile.

Veryflummoxed · 22/07/2017 19:41

Wow Bibs

My favourite meal I think is prawns pan fried in butter with curry spices served with dressed green leaves, avocado and halloumi fried In butter.

HemanOrSheRa · 22/07/2017 19:55

I love ALL THE FOOD. I enjoy tucking into a Greek salad. Or crispy chicken wings with blue cheese dressing. Avocado, good tomatoes and mozzarella salad with basil and olive oil. And a sprinkling of sea salt flakes and freshly ground black peppercorns. Ummmmm. Crispy pork belly slices. Salmon fillet fried in olive oil and butter. Cauliflower cheese made with cream, cream cheese and Cheddar. Cauliflower, broccoli, asparagus and green beans roasted in olive oil. So many things Grin. There is more......

ilovecherries · 22/07/2017 20:00

Food today
B: fasting
L: fried breakfast

HemanOrSheRa · 22/07/2017 20:02

Butter chicken. Pan fried chicken with a spice coating with a good salad or roasted veg and a FF yogurt and herb dressing. A good burger with cheese and bacon and a big salad. Steak and bearnaise sauce. HM Guacamole. A good roast using a slow roasted fatty cut with roasted celeriac instead of spuds. Ah. This is really good actually as a reminder of delicious things to eat.

HemanOrSheRa · 22/07/2017 20:06

Half a ripe avocado as a snack. Ham slices spread with butter and rolled up with a small slice of cheese inside. Dill pickles.

Mmmmmm. I love a stir fry cherries. Much more so when you can use oil instead of fry lite and drizzle with sesame oil.

HemanOrSheRa · 22/07/2017 20:07

CORNED BEEF!

ragz134 · 22/07/2017 20:16

Boohoo sizes seem pretty generous.

My first attempt at fathead pizza failed rather, stuck to the foil. Have salvaged a bit, will cook it shortly...

starsky22 · 22/07/2017 20:33

Bibs you look great, I really like that colour

Yolo Ooh, I can't believe I haven't had a full English yet! Just bacon & eggs or sausages on their own, so glad you mentioned it, it's going on the menu!

Heman Grin

ilovecherries · 22/07/2017 20:36

Finished article. Was delicious, very crunchy and oily :D. Didn't use Sriracha sauce because it's about 4 gms of carbs per serving. I'm not wasting that many carbs on a chilli sauce! But when we were in Spain I stumbled across an own brand chilli hot pepper sauce with only 2gms per 100, so I bought about 6 bottles home with me Grin.

No snogging in our house for a few days, though!

starsky22 · 22/07/2017 20:44

Forgot to post my food for today:
B 2 sausages
L baked camembert with celery sticks & half a protein roll
D chicken in mushroom sauce with mashed celeriac and broccoli

Here is the recipe for the chicken, I left out the onions:

ragz134 · 22/07/2017 20:47

bibs awesome figure and lovely dress!

Bibs2014 · 22/07/2017 20:52

Thanks everyone for your lovely comments! The dress is hiding a multitude of sins, believe me! But on the plus side I never would've worn this dress before I started low carb. I may have only lost a few pounds but my waist is much smaller and tummy flatter. And the rubber ring around my hips is disappearing Grin
