Morning campers

Here's the spreadsheet

So we start our last two weeks. Let's get really focused - think about the food you're eating, pinpoint any carb creep and eliminate that cheating!

If it helps, post what you're eating each day. Or even consider going back to strict Bootcamp for the last fortnight!

Flowers

Good luck to everyone

@ilovecherries - I feel your pain! And I hope very much that the hotel were able to make you a lovely, low carb fry up this morning

ragz I'm a bit relieved you're using support. I don't think my better angels were coming through for me as I wrestled with Lift Envy Envy. And thanks for turning us on to BooHoo--there's some really cute stuff there.

OldBooks and C4 you both look terrific. Smile

I'm after some film recommendations. I have a lot of time to myself until Thursday and am planning massive treadmill time but get soooooo bored sometimes.

Something funny or loud (action) would be good. Will save the thought-provoking stuff for when I'm not exercising, though I'll be able to have volume as loud as I want so maybe serious stuff would work as well.

(Or I could just go to the film lovers threads...Blush)

C4pinkwheels · 22/07/2017 11:21

Old you look lovely, enjoy your day with the birthday girl.

ilovecherries · 22/07/2017 11:27

That's so encouraging, Ragz and you look amazing.

Naschkatze · 22/07/2017 12:01

Happy Birthday babyOldBooks!
You look great in a bikini. Have a lovely day.

Grah I made some Hemsley and Hemsley paradise bars, no sweetener but their recipe calls for honey which I just left out. They were fine as they were and I think each piece (again you have to stick to 1!) was about 3g carbs.

Happy Anniversary c4! Hope you have a nice day and don't get too wet at the festival.

Ragz Those pictures are amazing, well done!

wombattoo · 22/07/2017 12:26

boatgirl well done on the loss. Have a lovely holiday.
C4 You look lovely. Have a lovely day.
Fortunate I have updated the s/s
Klep 2lb is really not too bad. I gained more than that on my hols.
I believe that Grah did declare as male very early on in bc (or the the last one) All are welcome here Grin

wombattoo · 22/07/2017 12:27

and happy birthday to babyBooks 🎉

JiminnyCricket · 22/07/2017 13:08

For those struggling for motivation: this is what 2 back to back boot camps does to an 18st 5lb, 5ft 5 body Grin

Around 3st difference I think?

GoodBadOrIndifferent · 22/07/2017 13:10

Ragz and oldbooks you are gorgeous
I however am yet again a carby twat. After a few awful nights at work i had a chicken vindaloo with a couple of tablespoons of pilau rice and a chappati Blush
Back on it today though and had courgette polpetti for lunch which are lovely! I adapted a Hugh Fearnley whathisface recipe:
500g grated courgette fried in butter and cooled a bit
20g grated parmesan
90g grated mozzarella
2 tbsp almond flour
Zest 1 lemon
I beaten egg
Chopped basil

Mix together roll into balls (mine were small burger sized) bake in over at 200 for 10-15 minutes.
Eat lots

starsky22 · 22/07/2017 13:16

Just been to Lidl for a low carb shop, got pork belly strips, lamb steaks, whole camembert, celery, protein roll, goats cheese, cauliflower, bacon lardons and Cadburys caramel biscuits for DH

Can't decide what to eat first! I love this WOE of eating!

So to help those getting bored, how about we share our favourite low carb meal.

Mine is slow roasted shoulder of lamb (with all the fat!) and cauliflower cheese.

Veryflummoxed · 22/07/2017 13:19

Lovely picture Oldbooks and you look so happy.

Veryflummoxed · 22/07/2017 13:24

Looking good C4. Enjoy your day.

Veryflummoxed · 22/07/2017 13:30

Inspiring comparison photos ladies. Well done.

Veryflummoxed · 22/07/2017 13:34

I've not been keeping to my resolve to post. Yesterday was
B IF
L oh, can't remember, (think I had something, maybe some cheese) and a mug of hot almond milk and cream

Dinner out. Naked Brie bacon burger. Swapped the chips for salad. Side of cauliflower cheese.

ilovecherries · 22/07/2017 13:37

It's funny how weight comes off. Is it in reverse order to how it went on, do you think? I've just had to have two links taken out of my watch bracelet, and buy insoles for my shoes. If asked, I would also have said I had slender wrists and feet. Clearly not slender enough. If only some would go off my boobs! I'm trying not to fret about what I might look like as a size 12 with K cups. They were bad enough at a size 22.

ClearEyesFullHearts · 22/07/2017 13:40

I wouldn't trust cauliflower cheese from a restaurant. Too many variables for the sauce. The Brie bacon burger sounds pretty awesome, though. Wink

ClearEyesFullHearts · 22/07/2017 13:40

Excellent photos, Jim

ShastaBeast · 22/07/2017 13:51

Wow those comparison pics are great. Three stone is amazing Jiminy. I might post my comparison after the last weigh in, although it's not such a dramatic loss.

I did try swim stuff last week as I'm planning a spa day and holiday - if it's hot enough in the UK. I have a pair of shorts I love, bought recently but H&M so tiny for the size, I'm getting closer to fitting them, they do up but are too tight. I think I'm in better shape at this weight than I was on the way up, muscle gain probably - my arms are getting bigger and bum and thighs are harder.

I'm pushing the bc light rules a bit far with berries and dark chocolate. It's weird that fruit is a big treat now and does satisfy sweet urges when previously it didn't. I tried a small square of dairy milk the other day and it was no fun at all, sweet and waxy.

I need to read back about the cramps and dizzy spells - I did look for magnesium and potassium supplements but they were quite expensive, I'll try Tesco instead. Although the multi vits are working very well. I have lot of vitamins etc to see if it helped pain and also any drug withdrawals. I'm a bit hyper mobile which may have caused the injury in the first place, I'll have to have a read about the connection to blood pressure etc.

I'm off to have my scan to find my missing coil soon. In the pregnancy bit which is strange. Hoping it's safely there and no babies coming.

Veryflummoxed · 22/07/2017 14:02

I did check Cleareyes. According to the info it was 10g of carbs for the small portion. A lot more than my cauliflower cheese at home (which I would have had three times as much of Grin) but I thought worth it on this occasion.

starsky22 · 22/07/2017 14:09

Loving the before and after photos, really inspirational!

Userwithoutaname · 22/07/2017 14:46

Thanks ragz.

C4 you look great, have a good time! Happy anniversary. Flowers

ClearEyesFullHearts · 22/07/2017 14:48

I did check Cleareyes.

Excellent, flummoxed.

In my mind there's no problem with LCHFers making informed decisions about when and how to go off-piste, particularly if they have been doing this plan for a long time and are enjoying the benefits of continuous weight loss. BIWI herself has written about various moments she has experienced.

Just wanted to put it up there for those who might not realise some cauli cheese sauces are made with loads of flour and/or milk, rather than, say, just cheese and cream.

Mindfulness and all that. Wink

Userwithoutaname · 22/07/2017 14:51

I can't find the top on boohoo ... not in that colour anyway Sad If you get a chance to post a link that would be great!

SayrraT · 22/07/2017 15:08

Wow jim Shock that's fantastic!

HemanOrSheRa · 22/07/2017 15:11

C4 you look lovely. You are so stylish and I have serious shoe envy EnvyGrin. I always look just that teeny bit dishevelled even when I try my best . I hope you are having a fabulous day Smile.

Naschkatze · 22/07/2017 15:21

Amazing Jim!!

Heman, I always look just that teeny bit dishevelled even when I try my best. YES! Me too. I often go out thinking I've done a good job of not looking dishevelled and everyone else looks so much nicer, so well put together. I just can't do it. It's even harder now with the baby, as I'm nearly always covered in sick and haven't had time to wash my hair... EnvyHmm

Hmm, favourite LCHF meal is tricky. I think moussaka, no potato, because it's really awful when you try to make it low fat. So much better when the aubergine is cooked in lots of oil!
