Evening all!

Just getting this out there, so that everyone knows where to go/what to do in the morning.

I'd like to say a massive thank you and Flowers to Sayrra and Wombattoo who set this up and maintain it for us all.

PLEASE don't touch anything other than the cell where you input your weight.

If your name isn't on the list, just add it to the bottom, and it will be magically re-alphabetised to include you.

It's called the Spreadsheet of Fabulousness because of all the information and resources that are available to us. Look at the tabs at the bottom - the rules are there, along with the veg counter, and all manner of resources for you to read up more about low carbing.

If you can't access it, or can't input your weight, just add your weight to the chat thread, and someone will do it for you. (I believe it's difficult to do it from your phone).

But more than anything else, a massive good luck to you all!

All I can say to you is follow the rules!

It does work, but only if you follow them.

Good morning and congrats. Really good losses so far and hope everyone else does as well. .

I weighed midweek and was three pounds down. I weighed yesterday and was five pounds up (on starting weight, so eight pounds upConfused) today I'm one pound up on starting weight.

Not sure what's going on. Having been pleased that I wasn't being constipated like others are and putting this down to my adherence to the water intake the last couple of days finds me "bunged up". Also the last couple of days my dairy intake shot up with a lot of cream. Plus I do have slightly wonky scales.

I know this woe works so grit my teeth and carry on.

Can you add me please

Just added mine from first week. Gained 0.8lb :( have been doing lc for a few weeks before bc though but with the bc i also cut out the nuts and seeds, fruit, sweetners etc. It is totm though so that could have something to do with it. Ive lost 7lb over 3wks and im a very slow loser generally so gotta keep at it.

I've also gained weight but just 2lbs and I'm not surprised. I had a very carby meal (and drinks) on Friday as a 30th birthday celebration. Now I'm interested in seeing how long it takes to lose that additional 2lbs so that in future I can decide exactly how worth it it is to eat a carby meal.

2lbs down. Would have been more if i hadn't been such an idiot with the booze on saturday then failed massively yesterday with a hangover.

I sort of hate myself today.

Hi all. Have gained 2lb, but have cheated mercilessly this week, so my own fault entirely.
It has been a really horrible, stressful week but I am now back on track and hoping for a better result next weigh in.
