Really sorry everyone - I've been stupidly busy recently and was at work really early yesterday so completely forgot to start the new chat thread.

It's an especially heinous crime too, seeing as I should have been guiding you all into the careful decision that you need to make for week 3 - i.e. whether to move on to Bootcamp Light, stay on Bootcamp or do Bootcamp during the week and Bootcamp Light at the weekend

Anyway if you haven't already, here's the spreadsheet for you to input your latest weight

It's also time for me to issue the standard week 3 warning:

IT'S VERY COMMON IN WEEKS 3 AND 4 (AND SOMETIMES 5) FOR YOUR WEIGHT LOSS TO SLOW RIGHT DOWN OR EVEN STOP. THIS IS NOTHING UNUSUAL. IF THIS HAPPENS TO YOU, DON'T DESPAIR - JUST KEEP ON KEEPING ON AND THINGS WILL START TO MOVE AGAIN SOON

Hmm, work-heavy day and hungry from exercise so I feel like I overate. Especially did some mindless nibbling of too much 90% Lindt while I worked this evening. The red wine and dark chocolate were a nice treat this weekend but won't be buying them again for a while as it's too easy to over-indulge and I know I need to be pretty strict to get the scales moving before Christmas. Inspired by the threads I used my slow cooker for the first time in years to make a variation on the pork belly and chorizo casserole and it was delicious! And v.convenient to bung it on this morning and then have tea ready while I was working.

B: omelette with cheese, mushrooms, spring onion; coffee with cream
L: tuna mayo/cream cheese with gherkins, radishes, cucumber
D: pork belly and chorizo casserole with kale
S: almond milk/berry/nut butter shake after gym; red wine; 90% Lindt

Exercise was zumba and yoga.

I've lost 2lbs this week! Grin After losing nothing else this bootcamp...Hmm Still though, hopefully that's the stall over, only lasted 2months....

Good luck weighing in everyone Smile

The scales at home are showing me a 3kg variation so holding off until I get to the gym Angry.

Oh god, I have fallen off the wagon terribly. It started two weeks ago with a cold and so ate carbs then a rubbish time at work so had some wine. Then I tried to get back on the horse last week but ended up having some days high fat low carb and others - like election night - full of alcohol and pizza. I was so depressed I ate a full cheesecake myself. Why have I sabotaged myself?

I now weigh 151lbs which is more than when I started bootcamp.

Help me get back on the train, please. It's not too late for me I know that, I could still lose half a stone by the end which I would be happy with. But how do I get out of this vicious circle of self sabotage?

Plan! Your new start is right now. What are you eating for breakfast/lunch/dinner? Make sure it's squeaky clean-good. And get rid of any high carb stuff you still have around you so that there's no more temptation.
