Morning all!

The Spreadsheet of Fabulousness is here

Looks, at last, as if we have a bit of sunshine - at least Darn Sarf.

A bit of a less fraught week for me, so it may even be possible that I hit the gym mid-week, which I haven't done for months.

I'm avoiding the scales this Bootcamp, but tried on a couple of dresses I bought a few weeks ago, which were a little on the tight side. One of them fits perfectly now, and the other one is almost there, so I know things are working. But I know that I've a way to go before I'm 'there'!

Hope those of you who are weighing have a good result today!

Here's to another successful week.

Going to try roasting radishes today - do I just roast like I would any other veg?

Thanks stillloving, you too. Am going to do a version of Ubercamp Mon-Weds with little or no dairy (trying to decide whether to go all out and start drinking my coffee black!). I've also regretfully concluded that the alcohol is what has been throwing me off the past few weeks, where my weight has been bouncing about madly, so I'm going to go 'dry' again, just until the end of bootcamp...

Thanks BIWI. Finished breastfeeding last week but think going to try BC light first anyway as it's easier with being a veggie. I will see if this gives results and can change over if not. Making quorn stir fry with coconut oil tonight. Rice for DH and baby but not me of course. Is this ok?

Ok, I hate roast radishes Grin luckily I also roasted some celeriac to go with my chicken thighs.

Back on track today, I think, although dairy heavy. Cramps and tiredness have gone and not too much of a carb hangover from the weekend's excesses.

Did Zumba and yoga and I did next week's meal plans and grocery order before this week's was even delivered, which is a first! Have got three stricter Uber days coming up which I'm weirdly looking forward to. Made BIWI's red cabbage recipe which was lovely, although mine started to stick with just the butter/oil so I added the wine vinegar after 10 mins rather than 20. Have saved the other half of the cabbage for coleslaw.

B: FF Greek yoghurt with splash of cream and vanilla, coffee with cream
L: cheese and bacon omelette, half an avocado, salad, coffee with cream
D: salmon fillet baked with red pesto and creme fraiche, braised red cabbage, broccoli
S: none yet, will watch a film this eve and have either a coyo or two squares 80% dark choc

I have had a dreadful week. It's the first week of the school holidays and was ds3's birthday. I have had all sorts that I shouldn't have had. I think I will re-do bootcamp for the next two weeks. I'm sure tomorrow's weight will reflect this. Aargh!

FarelyKnuts · 10/07/2016 23:36

Totally missed weigh in this week. Was the same. Fingers crossed for tomorrow.
