I am 2lbs off having lost 3 stone this bootcamp! What a difference! I am still really fat, but not as really fat
I feel so much better, even though I still have a long way to go.
Lost a bit less this week than last week but I have been at home to visit so have been having quite a lot of berries, lingon mainly, which I think are the more carby berries, and I've had potatoes twice and also quite a bit of vodka.
So example meals, which whilst not perfect, I think have been not too bad
B: lingonberry, strawberry and blueberry and some cold meat and cucumber slices.
L: grilled, crispy pig fat (I forget what it's called in English
) with a creamy sauce, just cream, pepper, dill and mustard, with mushrooms and green beans
D: cold beetroot soup with extra cream and fermented herring and gherkin on the side.
