Morning all

Here's the Spreadsheet of Fabulousness once again

A horribly busy week for me, so apologies if I'm not around quite so much Sad

I hope the scales have been kind to you, but don't forget to take your measurements as well.

Hope you all have a good week

I eat the fat too. In fact I can't stop eating it. My children don't,they just stare at me in wonderment, urging me on, 'eat more mummy! Eat more!' And I do...

WanHeda · 19/06/2016 19:51

My kids fight me for it!

feekerry · 19/06/2016 20:22

Thanks wombattoo will leave for this week as don't weigh in till a fri. X

I may have just eaten the best part of a whole swede worth of swede chips.... They were so good! That's still a lot of carbs though Confused I used this recipe and thought they might be a bit mushy with all the parmesan but they turned out to be very nice.

www.bbcgoodfood.com/recipes/5920/roasted-swede-with-parmesan

I am not a big fan of the fat on pork belly so usually cook it twice to render out as much as possible. I jus taint like the texture - same with fat on streak, unless it's really crunchy I leave it!

Today's food:
B - leftover meatballs, 2 fried eggs, coffee and cream
L - ham and eggs, coffee
D - roast chicken pieces, roast veg, swede chips
S - chunks of brie, babybel, leftover meatballs
Nearly 2 of my 3L - struggling today with water so about to try and get another litre in before bed...

Veryflummoxed · 19/06/2016 22:10

Chile lettuce wraps look delicious, Swede chips look dangerous (I'm going to have to try some aren't I). I eat all the belly pork fat too. I used to prefer it cooked longer to get a crunch but now I just love it any way it comes.

Today I had

B coffee with cream
Lunch pork chops (done with the yogurt and Parmesan again, thanks Wanheda) purple sprouting, mushrooms, celeriac dauphinoise (Prompted by earlier posts, I think that was Wanheda as well) absolutely perfect
Supper. Left over meatzza, half hard boiled egg, dressed green salad, Mayo and avacado.

Tea; mint, black, gingerbread. Not all of my water Blush

Soooooo weigh in day tomorrow.

bettyblueeyes83 · 19/06/2016 22:53

Roast my first ever pork belly, it was delish (ate all the fat and skin on my piece, didn't even think not to - this WOE is getting to me!).

B: cheese omelette, smoked salmon flakes, salad:
L: Tuna mayo with cheese and gherkins
D: Pork belly roast with fennel, chilli, star anise, garlic, Szechuan peppercorns, salt and olive oil. With roast radishes - idea stolen from someone here, thank you for suggestion! - and asparagus.
S: small piece of cheese waiting for sloooow dinner, 70% dark choc

Was pretty active - my Sunday yoga class which I love love love and nice long walk. Weighed in on Boditrax machine at gym and it confirms small weight loss, body fat loss etc from two weeks ago (love this machine - it also says I'm well-hydrated which is good - even though it tells me my metabolic age is ten years older than my actual age!) - just need it to show up on scales tomorrow (please!!).

Just noticed I had too much cheese today...

stilllovingmysleep · 19/06/2016 22:55

Veryflummoxed it sounds as if you had amazing food today!!

bettyblueeyes83 · 19/06/2016 22:57

Oh and right now I'm having a Taylor's Sour Cherry, thanks to suggestion here too! Love it, reminds me of Dandelion and Burdock...

margaritasbythesea · 20/06/2016 00:16

I like the crispy bits not the wobbly bits

stilllovingmysleep · 20/06/2016 06:20

Not good, just weighed myself and even though 4 days ago I was a whole kilo down from last week) I have now put the whole damn thing back on (which is 2 pounds on & off this week). Going to update on the spreadsheet now & be brave. I think it's because I'm waiting for my period plus I did have 1 small exception this week (a falafel & vegetable wrap at a cafe this friday lunchtime which may have been the reason I've had increased cravings ever since: but maybe also my period).

Anyway, what can we do, sometimes it goes up, sometimes down...

margaritasbythesea · 20/06/2016 07:04

Sorry to hear that stilloving. Very likely your period though. Can it sometimes be good to have a disappointment so that you refocus? I've had a few myself and I think it has done that.

1lb off here. Happy with that. I went on a rare clothes shopping trip this week and have definitely broken into the size below.

I really need to do some toning up but just can't seem to find the time. Does anyone successfully fit it in while looking after children? I have 3.30 - 7.30 looking after them and it's the only time at all free. I work before and after that and dh is abroad now for 6 weeks. When do I fit it in?

margaritasbythesea · 20/06/2016 07:19

Ps v. Small house so we're always on top of each other. Will stop posting now!

regularbutpanickingabit · 20/06/2016 07:22

Morning! Had some great food this weekend, including a new offering for breakfast at a previously favourite breakfast spot. They definitely have a low carb chef there - fried eggs, avocado, smoky bacon, spinach and cream cheese. Delicious!

Father's Day fish request so I baked salmon with butter and vine tomatoes, monkfish with garlic, coriander and lime and then fried prawns in butter and coconut oil, chilli, garlic and oodles of cream. The rest of the family soaked that up with coconut rice, I just got out the spoon and licked the plate. Sooo lovely.

Fage yog is definitely my saviour when providing everyone else with Gu chocolate tart. Probably my hardest test yet and I survived.

Had 2 glasses of prosecco though. Previously would have been 3 glasses and THEN half a bottle of wine so that's an improvement!

Stillloving I'm sure it will disappear again soonFlowers
Well done to everyone who did loose, and Flowers for everyone who needs cheering up.

To my surprise the whoosh fairy had dropped by my house. I have gone down to 205 which is four pounds off this week. I also am starting to feel things are getting a little looser.

Could someone add me please

Veryflummoxed 205

10 stone for me, I'm a bit miffed after spending the 2 weeks in hospital eating next to nothing but oh well, lots of comment about my bottom and waist being noticeably smaller, hooray! Smile

Home now so I can KOKO.
