It begins! Hello all, well done anyone who lost in week 3
My scales have run out of batteries and I'm not inclined to replace them. My goal is to fit back in to my size 14 jeans (my size 12s have been relegated to the loft but I'm ever deluded hopeful that they might once again grace my thighs)
I know two things from being a long-term LCer: 1) Dairy can stall me. 2) I get very grumpy when denied cheese, Greek yogurt and my morning tea with whole milk and after a few weeks I think Fuck It All and dive into the cake tin. So careful balance and moderation is the way forward 
B - 3 fried eggs and spinach
L - Bresaola salad
D - big bowl of Harissa-roasted veg (aubergine, carrots, courgette, cauliflower, broccoli) mixed with hard-boiled eggs and kalamata olives.
Also - one tea with milk, several coffees with almond milk.
