Welcome everyone!

Here's the Spreadsheet of Fabulousness that the lovely Sayra creates and cares for. Come and confess all.

If you prefer, you can use the individual Weight Tracker, provided by MNHQ, which will open (I hope) tomorrow morning.

Please make sure that you know the rules, and that you know about the allowed veg - look at the tabs at the bottom of the spreadsheet - and think about printing them off so that you have them to hand

If you have any questions, obviously you can ask them here, but there's also a specific questions thread because the chat threads can move so quickly that questions can get missed.

Unfortunately I'm working pretty full on for the next three days, so won't be around very much - I'll try and check in as much as I can, but in reality I'm not going to be around very much until Thursday - apologies in advance.

Very good luck to you all

sass good old Spar. We don't eat the organic ones either, jeez. Not sure who is buying them at that price.

Preminstreltension · 14/05/2015 20:15

B: FF greek yogurt and cream cheese
L: steak and béarnaise with spring greens
D: courgetti "carbonara" with smoked trout

3l of water, 2 black coffees.

Signed up to a new personal trainer this morning. So have some data (home scales are broken).

Weight - 93 kilos Sad.

Body fat - 40 something - too much.

Water content (weird, don't know how they know this) - 40pc. Trainer said it should be over 50 - I don't actually know how I could drink more than 3l a day and still lead a normal life but maybe that amount of water intake takes more than a month (which is how long I've been on BC) to show up in this number.

Metabolic age 61 Shock. I'm 46 Shock Shock. He said that was because I'm not muscly enough but I've already done 30 hours of weight-based personal training over the past 3 or 4 months plus usual walking etc so it's a bit disappointing that I still have next to no muscle burning away and boosting metabolism. I know LC doesn't depend on that but it's still a bit Hmm Anyway, have signed up for another 20 sessions because I have a bad back and need to strengthen it further so any other benefits will be welcome extras. 23 ways to use cauliflower

For you apply

LexLoofah · 14/05/2015 20:47

brilliant - I can recommend number 8 on that list, make themonce a month and use the frozen cauli discs that I have been stashing in the freezer as same as the pizza base recipe really, number 9 is on my pinterest board along with a few others for when we live near a spar

catgirl1976 · 14/05/2015 21:13

Hi Please could I join? Could you add me to the spreadsheet? My starting weight is 177lb. I would like to be 147, so 30 lbs to lose :(

That's depressing!

Fishlegs · 14/05/2015 21:14

B - courgette with 2 eggs in butter

L - prawn salad with mayo. Coyo

D - coconut slow cooked pork and broccoli

S - boiled egg, spoonful hazelnut butter

I need to ask - is butter really supposed to be unlimited? We seem to have gone through a pack in 24 h, although the kids have had some on toast, sandwiches etc. It seems an awful lot.

EmpressofBlandings · 14/05/2015 21:27

Evening all. Hope people are feeling perky and anyone with headaches or carb flu is starting to feel better.

Food today:

B: Slice of apparently everlasting frittata (the last slice, and I'm glad - Total and ground flaxseed tomorrow for variety)
L: Pret a Manger avocado and crayfish salad
S: Red Leicester, some nuts (yes, I know, but I don't eat meat)
D: Seabass fillet and asparagus, both roasted in olive oil and salt.

M&S are doing, in big food branches, 5 mini avocados (smaller than an egg) in a pack for £2. So dinky!

BIWI · 14/05/2015 21:46

Evening all.

Back from Dublin. Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday this week I have worked until 10.30pm, so knackered is a bit of an understatement.

And staying and working in a hotel hasn't been fantastic for the diet, although overall I've managed reasonably well. Being realistic I've probably been Bootcamp Light this week.

I'm knackered now, and will be off to bed soon.

Someone changed my weight on the spreadsheet Confused as much as I'd like to have dropped 37lbs overnight, alas I have not Wink

Eagerly awaiting the arrival of my new scales for the Monday weigh in though!

BIWI · 14/05/2015 22:18

Oh, Maryz, that would have been a great thing to do! However, it was pretty full on with work. Out in the morning, grabbing people on the street to interview them, then three x 1.5 hour groups in each evening, not finishing until 10.30pm.

I went to Dublin earlier in the year for a girls' weekend, and coincidentally stayed in the same hotel - Buswells on Molesworth Street.

I haven't had a chance to see much of Dublin, but it looks great.

pata I've just looked and the spreadsheet and all the numbers are fucked up!!!

SPREADSHEET ALERT something has gone seriously fucked up with the spreadsheet so everyone will need to check their weight and add it again Confused

BIWI · 14/05/2015 22:34

Oh bugger, Sayra! Sad

OP posts:
SayraT · 14/05/2015 22:34

I have managed to find out when it happened but not who did it, it was done at 1451 I think I have restored the old version so hopefully it is fine now though anyone who updated since then will need to check again.

DramaAlpaca · 14/05/2015 22:34

Looks like someone has 'helpfully' sorted all the usernames into alphabetical order, including the people who've been added to the end of the list since Sayra did the original spreadsheet, but they didn't do the same with the weights - so they no longer correspond to the correct person.

I've corrected my weight. I really haven't lost 40lbs!! I wish

BestIsWest · 14/05/2015 22:44

Sayra, if it helps you can take me off the spreadsheet. I'll use the tracker

SayraT · 14/05/2015 22:51

No drama that wasn't the problem, the problem was that every person had a weight starting with Alma at 120 lb and increasing in 3 lb increments to the end of the list.

It was me that sorted it into alphabetical order, I check it regularly and as soon as someone adds themselve to the bottom. The spreadsheet allows me to see all the changed and the times they happened, it just says "anonymous". The problem was the random weights, obviously the version I restored to wasn't far enough back....at least you lost weight, I put on several lbs!!

best it doesn't make it any easier to take anyone off as the spreadsheet still needs updated etc regardless of how many people are on it. Unless of course you added all the strange weights at 1451 Grin

DramaAlpaca · 14/05/2015 22:55

Ah, ok Confused That's weird. Glad you've sorted it.

SayraT · 14/05/2015 22:57

It was very strange!! It took me a second to notice the pattern there wasn't a formula in the cells so it was as if someone had typed them all in Confused

ijustwanttobeme · 14/05/2015 23:08

Checking in, before bed:

B: coffee
L: ham and cheese salad
D: homemade chicken curry (minimal sauce) no rice, just plenty of salad
S: olives, tape peanut butter and a sugar free jelly pot.

Have to say am not feeling it this time round. I dont know what it is but I'm struggling badly and could easily give Into a chip buttie. This is my own fault I know, as fell off the LC wagon big style, at the end of the Jamuary boot camp.

Patapouf · 14/05/2015 23:52

It won't let me change it back, keeps asking me to reload the page and then it does it again. Gah

Gcalgske · 15/05/2015 00:49

Ended up having food at 4pm
Two small pork steaks cooked in olive oil and chilli powder with some cheese and pepperoni melted on top

Then at 8:30
Two Debbie and Andrews pork sausages, radishes fried in butter with chilli and lemon, Mayo and mustard.

HemanOrSheRa · 15/05/2015 00:57

Good grief. Things have all gone a bit wrong tonight. I'm on call and have only just eaten my dinner.

B - two scrambled eggs, mushrooms, bacon cooked in butter.

L - leftover spag bol, salad, mayo.

D - low carb sausages, steamed celeriac, swede, cauli and broccoli with melted butter. Was supposed to be a mashed cheesy veggie bake with steam broccoli but that didn't happen.

S - chicken drumstick, small bag of pork scratchings.

Not enough water - about 1.5l (see above!). No caffeine though. Black rooibos tea.
