Evening all.

I'm starting this thread earlier than usual because I have to be up and out of the house by 7.30 tomorrow.

Here's the Spreadsheet of Fabulousness as usual

And don't forget the Weight Tracker

I hope the God of Wooshes is looking favourably on you all!

From tomorrow I have 19 days until I fly off to Somewhere Hot, so I will be super vigilant and fighting off those pesky carbs with much vim and vigour.

I like your fundraiser motivator six . I may adopt it. Presumably we don't take the money back out of the jar if we gain a pound Wink

I only learned about them on this BC Rather , they're photos of a bride to be for her husband to be's pleasure, I believe. Very post-feminist Grin

I had my 'boudoir' shots done when i was 8 months pregnant with ds1. We have them up in the dining room. I love/d my pregnancy body so much. Not so sure about it now tho.

See MrsK I weigh 15 stone 1 lb at the moment! You are taller than me with the same measurements so you'd expect us to be around the same weight or you to be heavier (for the height dif of 3 inches).

I think I'm just dense!! The weight isn't actually important to me, its just I see that go down quicker than measurements i.e. every week/fortnight. I'd like to be a size 12 I think but will revisit the goals when I reach my initial goal. First goal was size 16 jeans (tick) size 16 top (hmmm, sometimes tick), next goal size 14.

Love all the motivators Grin my favourites are Copacabana beach (obviously), getting on horse (buying one in my case, pref a Sec D) and the fundraiser one.

Sigh, I stayed the same this week after the very pleasant excesses of the weekend. Never mind, onwards and downwards.

A couple more off. Hurrah!! That brings me to just over half a stone this bootcamp. I really want to get another 4 off before the end of bootcamp as that will take me to where I was at Easter - the summer of carby-twattery will be gone!

Still a very very long way to go, but I've worked out that if I loose 2 pounds a month that will be nearly 2 stone in a year. Or 5 stone in 3 years. Not so bad when you think of it that way!

Ah. Gotcha. :)

Horse riding. Bloody loves it. Not been for a long time, have got a frozen shoulder thang going on. Was the other shoulder that I had operated on this time last year. Suspect this one goin the same way. Need to be less hefty and two working shoulders to get back in the saddle.

But you know I'd love to do that.

Weighing in tomorrow. Fingers crossed.

Evening everybody! Sorry to be AWOL - early start to drive to a meeting in St Albans. Not really that far in miles, but because of the traffic, had to set off really early. Then working in Watford this afternoon/evening, which meant a long drive back home - only got in 15 minutes ago!

I'm really pleased to see so many positive results today - brilliant news.

ready - the reason you put on so much is that you've refilled your glycogen stores - that can account for about 7lbs of weight. Get back on the wagon, and - if you can - up your exercise a bit, and you should soon see it disappear again.

I'm off to Barbados at the end of November, for 5 days on my own Shock

I'm excited about it. But I also only have three weeks to whip myself into shape. Still have hardly had time to eat anything today, so that should help. Grin

STS. Grr. I suspect too many nuts and too much cheese. Half term out and about snacking and not enough water.

Going to be extra vigilant this week and cut down on the dairy. First hurdle is a work thing with a buffet lunch today. I guess I will be picking the centres out of sandwiches again.

pistey sympathies. Frozen shoulder is horrible. I don't think I slept properly for two years when I had it.

Morning all,

All time low on the scales this morning, after yesterday's increase. And it starts with a 10. So maybe yesterday's dairy free day helped.

More of the same today:

B: eggs, butter
L: chicken, guacamole, mayo, salad
D: salmon in Parma ham, some kind of veggies in butter/oil

Can anyone give me any tips on doing microwave eggs without cream. They are just not as nice but my staple breakfast.

Finally weighed in this morning and STS so my mum's cooking didn't derail me after all. Funnily enough I look much bigger even though there isn't any weight gain.

After a disappointing weigh in yesterday 3lbs off this morning. Almost back to my pre holiday weight. I was really starting to worry that my weight was just going to creep up to what it was before I started low carbing. This has put a smile on my face this morning. Large glass of water drunk and eggs on to boil. I mix hard boiled eggs with butter and mayo, salt and pepper.

Wooooohoooooooooooooooooooo BIWI! be absolutely fablarse!

Oh you'll be able to read, catch up on sleep, lie undisturbed in the sun and oo ooo ooo here's a thought, maybe you could learn CROCHET? :)

Best Sympathies to you too. Oh yy to the sleeping, am like that already and last time it got so bad just before surgery I wasn't able to drive, walking was agony. Was a right arse Sad

But..... In happy news (along with BIWI's hols) I have lost one pound! Well actually more but it would be deceptive to claim them - when I got back from France last week I was up 3 Shock and I've lost those plus one.

So back on track.

Well done to all the losers!

Logging my food to keep me honest. Spa weekend end of next week and would like to be another few pounds down by then.
Yesterday
B. Greek yogurt. Small handful blueberries. Coffee. 1L water
L. frittata made with chorizo, spinach, feta, tomato. green salad.
D. meatloaf and cauli mash. 2l water

Today
B. bacon, greek yogurt, blueberries (not all together). bpc, my first, not too bad.
L. rest of the chorizo frittata with mixed Green salad.
D. Have pork mince and lots of veg so some kind of asian style stir fry.
Aiming for tons of water. Definitely seems to make a difference.
Have a good day! Smile

Oo, if someone could update the spreadsheet, weight is 214.8 today :)

Breakfast for me today is bacon, fried eggs and mushrooms. DH is swapping to nights, so will have little lunch while he's in bed, after big breakfast

I've just done pretty much that Mo, but added abut another tbsp of butter at the end too and they were nice, not too rubbery as they have been recently. Work have bought new microwaves and I think they are more powerful than I'm used to, so I stopped it every 15 secs and gave it a stir to break it up. Maybe a life without dairy is doable after all?

In other news, I've just been asked if I've lost weight
