Morning all. I'm not liking this Autumnal stuff at all!

Here is the Spreadsheet of Fabulousness for your first official weigh in

And don't forget there's also the Weight Tracker if you want to keep it private.

You can, obviously use both Grin

If you're looking for inspiration in the kitchen, have a browse of the Recipe Thread and feel free to add any of your own ideas.

I hope that you're all through the other side of carb flu, if you suffered from it, and wish you all a very good second week.

That sounds delicious Charlie - are you a keen chef? It's an impressive menu!

I still have a dodgy stomach and am probably not eating enough. I have started to feel much better since increasing the amount of bouillon I'm drinking though. Today I mixed it with fresh chicken stock and it was delicious, just heavenly.

B: scrambled eggs, avocado, coffee with cream
L: nutty whole food salad with tahini from M&S. Not LC at all! But they don't seem to do anything that is, really, if you also want greens
D: Asian chicken broth with zero noodles. Heaven
S: a bit more avocado, some pomegranate seeds

Oh, and a couple more recommendations - made a mean mackerel pate yesterday that was fabulous, lemony and garlicky yumminess. Served with oven-roasted cauliflower (seasoned and sprinkled with lemon and garlic and done in a hot oven).

Please put all these lovely recipes on the recipe thread!

I thank you Flowers

Evening everyone. Weekends are a bugger for low carbing, aren't they? I'm finding it very hard to maintain a social life and a diet/WOE. Still, I've stuck to moderate portions, healthy food and no sugar. This morning the scales showed a drop and I am praying it's still the case tomorrow, despite the cauliflower cheese (made the traditional way, with flour Sad) I more or less had for supper tonight.

Holding thumbs for Monday weigh-ins all round.

ps = what's TOTM? Sorry to be dense.

BIWI · 12/10/2014 22:16

TOTM = time of the month

It is harder at the weekend, but when Bootcamp is over, you can be a bit more relaxed. You do, though, have to realise that you can't just revert to eating/drinking anything that you want at the weekend! That was probably what led to a weight gain in the first place!

Ha ha BIWI, I think this must go down in history as the first time I have ever eaten too little Grin I promise you it's not my normal way, I've been pretty shocked by my lack of appetite this weekend. I've got a nasty cold and don't think that's helping either.

With this in mind I have this evening scoffed three mini almondy cheese scones with slabs of butter on so hope that will redress the balance Grin
