Sorry eve I'm not much good at nicknames, I just use what I use on here-vee unimaginative I know. A friend at school called me Janos and it just stuck ever since!

Thought of a nice one. Signed up again for plenty of shite fish and so far it's living up to it's nickname. Oh well at least it's free and I only need to respond to the ones I like the look of. I'm not going to meet anyone sat at home am I?

Oh just had to share. DD made dinner tonight. Chicken Fillets with Ricotta and Sage wrapped in Palma Ham with a side of fluffy potato, mashed with carrots and cabbage. For desert, strawberrys, meringue, ice cream and whipped cream and chocolate shaving. Kind of Eton mess. She saw it on 'come dine with me' so her time off school isn't wasted after all. Yummy!

Eve - share your pain - I had a message from a 68 yr old and a 22 yr old when I logged on yesterday.

Not much to report here - got very sunburnt today - was out all day at sports things and didn't realised the strength of the sun. Doh!! Did apply suncream in the afternoon but then too late. Also have not been using a moisturiser with an spf lately.

also had a message on pof from a guy who was travelling down to london for the night from up north, attached but wondered whether I wanted to meet up for a drinkand some fun!!! Yeah right.

It's been lashing down with rain most of the day here, stopped raining this afternoon so I went out job hunting for DD, whilst she slept after 2 hours sleep at a sleepover last night. Got 3 leads in an hour and sat by the lake with an ice cream.

no rain here so far but i think it might start at some point

just as well all the uniforms are dry, because my tumble dryer is unpredictable atm and my heating isnt working for radiator drying

the washing machine stopped working today as well but dp came to the rescue and fixed it (but it was what i suggested it would be so i kind of helped lol)

sunshine all weekend in oxon
have just hung out my washing in the hope of a dry warmish night here ...

Hi to everyone else.

Have had a busy weekend gallavanting, went out and about with dp last night and ended up in the curry house lol. We've been to the beach today, it was blooming choppy down there tho, then we found a nice little restaurant/country pub and I had trout. (I don't eat fish lol).

Forgot to say, that while I've been gallavanting 3 of those Bex dresses ended on ebay. Grrrrrrrr. Never mind there's plenty more on there!
