I am very picky and self conscious about photos so prefer to take the myself rather than get friends to do it.

Re your pic, I think you're a very attractive woman and don't need to knock any years off at all! That's for old bats like me for god's sake, not youngsters like you.

Only free ones I know are Plenty of Fuckwits, OK Cupid and Smooch (not likely). If you do decide to pay, Match seems pricey but lots of possibles - and GSM seems to have quite a few in E'burgh. If you fancy the look of anyone one GSM, I've got sub which lasts a few more weeks and don't mind messaging on other's behalfs - been done for me often enough!

I had to take day off work today as ds2 had gum pain after the dentists yesterday. Took him back and it turns out he has an abcess. The dentist said it had prob been dormat . DS1 also got one once after treatment there.

Bit meh about it tbh

Also had a major vent at work yesterday (emailed ccd to many) about our relocation - they plan to put all the admin staff in the basement. This is after they employed a space consultant who apparently listened to our needs - which was to keep our team of prof and admin together and then blatantly did the opposite. People I work closely with will be on the fourth floor.

Think I need to look for a new job

Your poor DS scl, abscesses are horrible. I had an awful one (tho it was my own fault as I am big jessie when it comes to dentist). Hope he feels better soon.

What is the purpose of consultants I wonder. They seem to get paid huge amounts (all the ones I've known/worked with have huge cars) and I don't know what they actually do?

Hi all - anyone watching BB?

Monty - yes, came back last Friday afternoon, saw him Friday eve and Sunday eve. Would've been Sat too but I was at a party

when the consultant gave the presentation at a meeting the other week he was a bit of a gibbering wreck which I took to mean he hadn't bought in to the project but was actually being put forward as the scapegoat. I have asked who actually makes the decisions but haven't had a satisfactory answer.

I have protested very vocally both at the meeting and also via the email yesterday but it's a done deal imo.

Although I am classified as admin/professional services I and a couple of the others they plan to put there are actually managerial grade - it will all be open plan which I can deal with but it's the us and them divide which is symbolised in the move that I can't stomach.

My prof boss says he will start to lean on our dept mgt via a higher level so let' s see.

Anyway enough of work related crap it's all a bit boring and I am far too cynical about things.
