Ex has been away all weekend which has made things more pleasant here, should be into his flat soon but not counting chickens etc just yet

All quiet on the men front, am meant to have a date with wedding man on Friday but he's gone quiet so who knows....in the meantime had some random youth trying to chat me up whilst shopping on Saturday (NB - following me round a shop saying 'hey looking good.... lovely lady come talk to me'...etc is a sure fire way of me avoiding them like the plague!) Then the train home was delayed when 2 blokes started having a fight in one of the carriages...at 6pm!

However did buy a new dress for my day out at the races - here - it looks much better in real life, and has actually given me a waist, which is miraculous

shattered here. dd's clicky hip has clicked this mornning and she is a lotof pain, so this wil be day 4 off school.

arghhhhhhhhh, the other days were for here fanjo infection. Have a gp appt in 4 mins. dd was born with click hip and has flat feet and toes in so not a good combo.

datewise, wink man has finally emailed me thru my clues, and we were online for about 3 hrs last night. Tho i have to say i thought I was the over excitable one he is worse, which when i am feeling abit like 'nessa' from Gav and stacey, doesn't bode well.

can't belive how intolerant i have become actually, and how independant. I thinkit's cos my ex was so childlike in the end i can't bare blokes to be soft.

but, it's early days, and he is lovely, and maybe i am not used to men being nice.!!!

Yup to looking forward to date - if only to see where we end up ... not in that way, you filthy minded lot - just we haven't even decided what to do yet.

Also been asked to go for a drink with guy who emailed me on site I don't use anymore who I added as friend on FB. He sent me a nice message saying would I like to go for a drink/meal next time he's in London - possibly next week. Was a bit about him as he came on very strong last year but seems to have calmed down in the past year so may give it a go.

Other than that, I have a lesson to plan, loads of college-reading to catch up on and an assignment to plan - and I need to lose some weight - or at least stop gaining! Roll on summer and lots of salad ...

And pc - think I'm the same now. Least little thing and I'm going 'next!' - only thing is there aren't so many lining up for the privilege these days!

@belle - don't think either of mine got particularly ill from chickenpox - just spotty, itchy and irritable!

i think it's better to stick to your guns and date the type you prefer even if it takes longer to find someone

am very sorry but who was the lady talking about the guy who asked about stockings? ahd a note at the bottom of page saying 'i agree you need to meet first and then talk about sex, cheekiness is ok but there is a line in the sand so to speak' - and i haevm't a clue who i shoudl have sent it to!!!
