on the plus side, my bank for this month kust went from -55 to +75 give i've just won another £150 on the bingo. tally for this month is now at er £325 I think. (£60 in thou which isn't good)

I should be in bed now. Good thing I had an afternoon nap as DD came down at 10.30 with her school trousers which needed washing, she wore them once for work but they had a tiny bit of salt on the bottom.

After a bit of colourful language I put them in the wash and am waiting for the damn machine to finish.

I would have made her stay up if she didn't have 3 mock exams tomorrow. I'm soft, I know.

Arggghhhh bloomin snowed again here last night and is still snowing! Typical on first day back to school/work have heard a lot of schools are shut so might not even be first day back!

well i've just been told by management to stay at home and school is closed phew!

snow here again... no suprise there though. i've gotta dig out and go for an MOT today. was due on 22nd dec .. really cant put it off any longer.

charming dc dad says he cant get out his drive to go to shops to get maintenence payments..... yet..... i'm pretty damned sure he can get out to go gambling at night

not really in great contact with irish.. he's given up smoking. and now he's a right crabbit sod, he did reply yesterday, but has earned the nickname "mr grumpy" when we text/talk.

i never really get crabbit/moody when stopping smoking. so dont really understand this mindset.. so rather than be offended by curt answers today i'm just going to keep minimal contact for couple of days i think. not make any effort to contact. when he crawls out his bad mood he can make more of an effort.

eve - why not get dd to set her alarm to get up and do it ??

kids went in today but i just heard on the radio between 8 and 16 inches of snow is due overnight so i doubt they will be in tomorrow

We had loads of snow last night, school closed today, but I didn't get off the work today as I've had flu symptoms all last night. Just a heavy cold now so hopefully get there tomorrow.

South is in for lots of snow, we should be OK.
