when packing ones wardrobes put it all on hangers.

get a huuuuuge box.

launch from wrdrobe into box avoiding wrinkling.

when arriving in new house.. hang straight up.

voila.. saves about 3 days of packing/unpacking clothes.

lou33 · 04/12/2009 22:01

she just messaged me to say she is offline now as she has packed up the pc

moving house is one of the most stressful things we do in our lives

and she has no alcohol

i have reminded her that this time tomorrow she will be in her new home under a fresh start

aside from the packing i always find moving house quite exciting

lou33 · 04/12/2009 22:25

Betty79 · 05/12/2009 12:47

lol asbm my day will prob be as exciting as urs, I think i have about 10 loads of washing that needs doing

but I'm off out for works xmas do tonight so should be good fun, I will no doubt be very drunk and very silly! My friend said she wants tips of me tonight for approaching men when we are out cos I dont seem to care (i dont when im drunk lol)

I dont think I said but had 2nd date on wed with bloke from last week(4am one) and well it was good, and we ended up till 4am again! hopefully will be seeing him again at some point next week, he might be helping me out with a car so that's one excuse lol

aseriouslyblondemoment · 05/12/2009 13:10

OP posts:
Betty79 · 05/12/2009 13:18

Yes def expect a v hungover post from me tommorow Do u mean are we both still on the pof? yes for now, but surely it's too early to be thinking otherwise?

aseriouslyblondemoment · 05/12/2009 13:25

are you actively using it tho?!
i allowed my sub to run it's course as i had a month left but DP ended his as soon as he met me
tbh tho i had alot of fun on there it was thoroughly depressing at times

Afternoon All - just stopped for a breather here, as with ASBM and Betty wading through the laundry.

Nought exciting here, if I would just get myself in the shower I'd go shopping.

Al will be round later, Xfactor and beers tonight no doubt. Quite boring really. Not the same without Jamie eh ASBM? And deffo Danyl to go tonight.

Can someone tell me why I got two kittens? I've wasted spent a load of time introducing them to the garden today. Little hooligans cuties they are though.

Betty79 · 05/12/2009 13:56

I have still been replying to messages yeah, I think it's too early to be thinking about removing profiles, even tho we have had 2 really good dates. As for if he's actively on there i couldnt say, he did say I'm the only person he has been chatting to(i didnt ask, it was in general convo), and only had one date ages ago. I think he's genuine too cos I dont think he's in a rush for anything. Whether that means it will go anywhere, who knows?

How sweet of your dp to remove his profile as soon as he met you I dont think most blokes would do that tho would they.

aseriouslyblondemoment · 05/12/2009 14:10

hiya Monty
your evening sounds good to me,tho yes not the same since jamie went
will email you later!
betty yes he did lol
tbh if you were to look back on the thread from the early summer you'll see how i just couldn't believe he was for real and quite a few of us did take the p out of him
what old cynics we lot are lol
but look at our monty and al

OP posts:
Betty79 · 05/12/2009 14:26

asbm-so did u stop dating other people when u met ur current dp?

aseriouslyblondemoment · 05/12/2009 14:47

yes i did altho there was the poss of hooking up with tw1ga again
meeting dp put alot of things into perspective tbh but it took me a while to realise i had feelings for him,tho he was smitten from the start

OP posts:
Monty100 · 05/12/2009 14:54

Have just been reading the thread, Lou you ok?

How are you Belle?

RJ - ignore her. Silly bint.

Janos - hope move went ok.

ASBM - I'll look forward to it.

Hello to everyone else and hope everyone that has been poorly is feeling better.

Blardy exs. Mine is suspiciously quiet at mo. Still not a bean off him but he continues to drive the dcs to school every day which is great for them.

I am now showered and dressed but I can't really be bothered to go shopping if I'm honest. Al phoned and will be over 'shortly'. Now, that could really mean anything! (See what they're like when they get their feet back under the table).

Catch up later.

Betty79 · 05/12/2009 15:11

asbm-aww well i wish it was as simple as that for everyone, but i'm not sure it will be with this bloke i know there is a mutual atraction but he is slightly younger, no kids, no ties so we'll see!

Hi monty, hope u have fun shopping oh and as for kittens! I know how u feel I have one and it's driving me crazy, it's so naughty!

Monty100 · 05/12/2009 15:59

Hi Betty - sounds like a good catch to me. Go for it!

Blardy kittens - one on my shoulder and one trying to get on it at the minute. They run about together going mad. A possie of pussies! They have taken a liking to the airing cupboard, I'll have to clear it out and get it all washed. Grrrrr.

I'm sitting on my ass again 'cos I've just had a call from ds that he's sleeping over at his friend's and dd is sleeping at her's as well. Hmmm a child free Saturday night, now that's a novelty in this house. Might be a change of plan from Xfactor lol. Even though exh lives down the street they never go there and anyway it's minging not really suitable . DS goes for dinner a couple of times a week and that's it. Exh's new dp calls me 'Hun' lol lol. She's ok though, I don't mind her, and obviously she has nothing to do with the break up, just all a bit weird and embarrassing that we're neighbours but I guess I'm getting used to it now. You have to really don't you.

Hope those of you who are seeing a fella tonight have a lovely time, and those of you that aren't I would suggest spoiling yourself rotten!

Al's just arrived.

'Laters' lol.

sincitylover · 05/12/2009 16:05

Just popping in and wil be back later. Have been to work today (have to work odd saturday) and hope to relax bit tonight.

Mr Yorke ringing and texting rather alot for comfort. He is 'very taken with me' can't wait to see me again but as I said his home situation is rather bizarre.

Says he's split from partner they live separate lives but in same property for economic reasons - I am extremely sceptical tbh . told him so and am inclined to end it before it has started tbh. But even if it were true how could it be proved and it's clearly more than friends he'd be wanting.

Betty - sounds fun

I also have an overflowing laundry basket.

Janos- hope you are in new home and can relax slightly.

Who's the daddy - why it's darkhorse?

Back later for further catch up

lou33 · 05/12/2009 16:57

yes monty i am fine

i re read y last message i sent to lb today, oh my i wont be expecting him to be in touch after that lol

it wasnt rude or throwing any fucks about, but it was to the point

i'd say if he did get in touch afterwards then he must like me, but lets just say it was meant as the final chapter from my pov

flu is slowly improving, i have spent most of the day just reading and relaxing

dd1 will be staying at her fathers tonight, so life will be calmer

and janos has moved to her new place

lou33 · 05/12/2009 17:18

oh and who wants to see a pic of a pretty young thing that i was chatting to last night?
