Monty100 · 05/10/2009 20:09

Oops I can't spell euphuism

thesouthsbelle · 05/10/2009 21:40

you lot. lol.

fingers crossed you get to see him Lou.

well am creme crackered this end. can hardly walk after combat as well - and XH has let the house in a right tip - why can't men clean up peepee when they go?? seriously!!!

anyhow will catch up/update tomorrow.

lou33 · 05/10/2009 22:48

oh i will get to see him, just at his workshop, unless he accidentally on purpose leaves the jacket at his, in which case we would have to go and get it

but the chances of that are slim as he a) has the dentist in the morning again so wont be feeling great

b)has an apprentice starting tomorrow

and c) will be working til midnight without me interrupting his work day for 3 nights a week until november now anyway

but i will take him lunch and cheer him up and make his lopsided and slightly puffy face try and smile after the anaesthetic lol

i may even make him drool just for fun

hes getting an early night tonight, i think i may too, though the delights of csi are tempting me to stay up a bit longer, but i shouldnt really as i have a non stop day tomorrow starting from about 7.45 am

OP posts:
aseriouslyblondemoment · 06/10/2009 11:46

lol @ lou
and ohh yes ladies i'm volunteering too

passmyglassplease · 06/10/2009 12:55

I have also volunteered

am afraid I shall have to wait a bit before I get to try it out!

I have 2 sick children at home today,

me and the ds took a trip to hospital in the early hours of Sunday morning, he had another asthma attack

as usual ex doesn't have any time to take care of him

but, on the up side nm stayed with me the whole time and got a real insight to my world, he was wonderful, sigh I think I might have to say the 'L' word soon!

lou33 · 06/10/2009 18:05

omg i am shattered

a horrendous drive to lb's workshop which is 30 mins further away from me than his place, took me 2hrs 45, because of the weather and a series of car accidents along the way

add onto that an uneventful 1 hr 50 trip back, plus dropping and picking up dd1 from college AND, at the last min i had to ask exh to come watch the kids that were not at school, so had an almost 20 mile round trip to get him and take him home, i reckon i have driven 250 miles today

the bonus is i got to see lb and got my jacket back, and amazingly exh had done my washing
up for me when i returned

i think due to the weather conditions that was very possibly the worst drive i have ever undertaken

there are so many idiots on the road, at one point i could barely see 50 ft in front of me and people were driving without lights and speeding, causing huge amounts of spray and all sorts

grrr

anyway it was good seeing him albeit briefly

notevenamousie · 06/10/2009 19:26

blimey lou I am not surprised you are shattered!!! Am really glad exh pulled through tho.

I hsve volunteered too. NM has never used toys, or done a few other things I like ... he says I can teach him tho

Love is definitely staying up in the night with someone else's child!!

As for me, I'm finding as we talk more and meet more that I am more taken with NM each time.... so nauseating, sorry

Remotew · 06/10/2009 19:47

He must be worth it Lou, or you really needed your jacket.

Seems like you all have nm now .

Mousie, remind me where did you meet yours.

I haven't had any messages on POF for ages. The last time was off a very unattractive man who said something sarcastic about my profile, 2nd time he's emailed the first one was ignored. This time I sent a sarcastic messages back because I was in a bad mood looking at the profiles. Then he suggested we chatted on MSN, well I would rather stick pins in my eyes.

I'm giving up again for now.

lou33 · 06/10/2009 20:00

both eve

it is a jacket i wear all the time that goes with everything and would be considered vintage today, and currently back in vogue (like a boyfriend style blazer)

he isnt at the workshop tomorrow or thurs or fri and saturday he is djing, sunday he will have his son, monday he is again out of the workshop, and so it goes on, so it was really the only way to get the jacket and see him briefly, honest

OP posts:
lou33 · 06/10/2009 20:01

i was only there for 1hr 20 as well

OP posts:
thesouthsbelle · 06/10/2009 20:03

aww eve don't give up - there has to be some good ones out there surely?? for both our sakes. lol.

Lou agree he must really be something special - or your jacket must be really comfy! no wonder your shattered thou - also what's the ex's angel then trying to get in your good books for something?

mousie - glad you're sounding all loved up. really pleased you've found someone nice. and toys.... hmmmm lol. we like toys in this house. good job gymboy is v v liberal, apparently it's the quiet ones you have to watch lol.

glass - glad you're sounding loved up as well.

as for me the EX went y'day and left my house in an absolutely shocking state - i'm talking puddles of pee on the floor & used nappies left unchecked in my bedroom. The whole house stank of the dogs (I know I ave them, but the windows are always open and I hoover 2-3 times a day to make sure the smell doesn't linger.) btu no he had everything shut up, & the heating on. so not impressed. coupled with a few other things he's in the bad books, big time. (mostly the way he's treated DS while he was here.)

on the man front thou have been flirting outrageously with gymboy today who's coming over tonight I think - but might well cancel on him as not v good company at the mo then again could use a hug. Also been talking to a v old friend from the batch on POF with XP in it - we've not spoken properly in about a year or so, he's been in and out the mental house apparently for paranoia - keeper! (but ok to chat to for a bit).

backburners been in touch as well but just gonna keep that as a text thing I think for now.

lou33 · 06/10/2009 20:07

i told him he should have forgotten to bring it to the workshop then it would have meant driving back together to his to get it lol

OP posts:
thesouthsbelle · 06/10/2009 20:07

[shock[ LOU!!!

lou33 · 06/10/2009 20:11

oh like anything i say surprises you

OP posts:
thesouthsbelle · 06/10/2009 20:15

oh I say how rude! lol.

he's coming over, wanted to now but have asked for an hour to chill first/have a quick bath.

DONTtouchMUMSspecialJUICE · 06/10/2009 20:47

have fun belle ... remeber to put toys away after use [block]

thesouthsbelle · 07/10/2009 07:57

lou33 · 07/10/2009 08:57
