Nice of niceguy to add his thoughts. I agree that a bit of trendying up and a good dose of confidence, even if it's acting it out, can help a guy along. I do admit that I am one of the women that doesn't reply unless I see something I like in the photo, along with a decent message, of course I'm not that shallow.

I've gone on a couple of dates where I've not been bowled over visually and like ASBM has found out recently it's just a waste of time. I am aware that I could be passing over some very nice men but it's a price I must pay .

i made bolognese for dinner, and just asked exex what he wanted to do about food on weds, and he said he was going to do meatballs and spaghetti for me, but i just had pretty much the same today so he doesnt know now lol

RJ - Only 2 days to go! Yes waxing now is best, at least you're skin will have a couple of days to settle.

Inthemist - hope Marathon man contacts you. Good for you for being upfront though and if he doesn't contact you then like you said at least you can move on.

Asbm - Thanks for your advice as always, not sure about Mr Q and how to handle it but you've given me food for thought. I'd have felt better about him if he hadn't made those comments in his emails! Its not exactly crude but some of those comments made does set the alarm bells ringing.
